Rejoice

"Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand" (Philippians 4:4, 5 KJV). Rejoice in the Lord with all your heart and soul. Let all men know you are alive and Christ is living in you. Paul might of been in prison, but that did not stop him from praising God or writing to the church about the joy of the Lord. When one has the joy of the Lord, though all things may look like they are falling apart, that individual knows that it is just for a moment because Christ has everything under His control. The Word of God says the joy of the Lord is our strength. This joy that is spoken about is not the joy of getting a brand new car or being blessed with thousands of dollars. It is the awesome fact that Jesus is on our side, in the midst of our troubles, and that He will take care of everything. "Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation" (Isaiah 12:3 KJV). The well that we draw water from is the Lord, and in our trials we will praise Him with joy, for He is our Source and Life through it all. Give Him praise! God bless you. Amen

Their cry

"The eyes of the Lord are toward the [uncompromisingly] righteous and His ears are open to their cry" (Psalm 34:15 AMP). Open up our eyes and give us sight, Oh Lord, so that we can see the need across this world. Help us to see the need of a Holy Spirit revival in our countries, cities, towns, and homes. Open up our hearts that we may have a passion for the lost, broken, rejected, and lonesome. Give us an ear to hear Your voice and the cry of the children that have been forgotten. Lord, prepare us to have hands that will labor for Your glory and that will pick up those who are down and in need. Prepare us with your Word rooted deep inside our hearts, so that we can speak it with boldness in this last hour. Prepare us with a deep love sitting inside of us, ready to flood and touch the brokenhearted that are among us. Jesus said, "the harvest is plenty but the laborers are few". We cannot afford to waste another moment. The harvest is ready. People are hurting and in need of the Light of Christ. He is their only help. Pray and fast for the harvest and expect God to come and intervene on our behalf. It's not too late. We still have time. God bless you. Amen

That I may know Him

"That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death" (Philippians 3:10 KJV). Jesus lives, and there is nothing that can change that at all. He rose out of the grave, and He now sits at the right hand of God in Heaven. Paul spoke to the church about such great power, a resurrection power. The apostle wanted to know this power, the power that can raise a man to a new life with Christ from a sinful life bound to the grave, from a life that has separated man from God. Paul also wanted to know this power to conform to what Christ did for us at the cross. What Paul was asking and wishing for in his own life was a deep request. Dying to self or to the flesh is not an easy thing to do. Some days are better than others, yet no matter how good it was Paul could not live without Christ. Paul was educated as a Pharisee, one who knows the law of God. However, what Christ did to Paul was something he could never forget. God brought him life, hope, mercy, and grace, which was some he never had. We have to understand Paul gave up his old life as a man of authority, a Hebrew of a Hebrew, for a life that must be walked in humility. One can only live such a life with the touch and guidance of the Holy Spirit. How much do we really want to know the Lord? God bless you. Amen

Counted loss

"But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ" (Philippians 3:7 KJV). As a kid, I used to collect rocks, pieces of wood, and things that I made in art class They were my treasures, something at that time I couldn't let go of. However, as I grew up, they slowly lost their possession of my heart and did not get my attention as they once had before. So, they got forgotten about through the pages of my life, making it easy to let go of them. As we get older and more settled in our own ways, letting go of things can be a hard thing to do, especially if it is all that we've known and done throughout our lives. Some people hold on to their past feelings, emotions, and traumas that stem from childhood and aren't so easy to let go of. They have been buried in the heart and locked up in the dark. Some people will carry them the rest of their lives. The only way one can ever be free from the past is to let it go and put it at the feet of the cross of Jesus. Jesus is willing to relieve all of us from our past hurts, pains, and regrets. "Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ" (vs.8). Do you really want freedom? It up to you and I to receive freedom, for the Truth is in front of us. The apostle Paul wanted to know nothing other than Jesus Christ and Him crucified. Nothing else moved this man of God except knowing the power and resurrection of Christ our Lord. All other things were but dung to the apostle. What holds you back today? God bless you. Amen

The high calling

"I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:14 KJV). Let us look past all that may hinder us from receiving the prize that is found in Jesus Christ. Today there are many that follow the enemy of the cross, and they are bound by confusion and lost in the lusts of this world. The moment a person renounces their old ways and repents from their sin, that person becomes the devil's enemy. A born-again child of God is a threat to the dark kingdom, and satan is trying everything possible to bind up that child of God once again. Christianity is not easy, for we live in a world that despises the truth and rejects honesty. We live in a world today that hides from the Light. Let us look around and see the many people that are lost, bound up, and tied up to the things of this world. The devil is upset, and he is keeping many from walking in the fullness of victory in Jesus Christ. Just as satan slithered into the garden thousands of years ago and captured the desires of Eve, he is doing the same thing today with many that sit in their pews every Sunday. We live in some beautiful and powerful times. The enemy of our soul is upset, and we as believers in Christ Jesus must stand up for the Truth we believe in. The saints of old got a hold of Christ through faith and never took their eyes off of him. Don't let the world grab your attention or take your eyes off Jesus Christ. Our enemy is like a lion in the tall grass waiting to see who he may devour. The minute the believer opens up the door, the gate to this darkness, they will be in bondage. Give God praise today. God bless you. Amen

Sing unto The Lord

"Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God: Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains" (Psalms 147:7, 8 KJV). There is no hiding from the Living God, who made the Heavens and the Earth. He made everything according to His will, and it was good and pleasing to His sight. He knows everything, and He can see everyone upon this Earth. So, where can we go from our Lord? Many try to run and hide from the Truth, which You, Oh Lord, have displayed upon this world. Very few people understand that there is no hiding from the Lord. You Oh Lord are everywhere. You see through everything, and You know our rising up and our lying down. There is no understanding You Almighty God. You stop the ocean waves with grains of sand, and You build high mountains that reach the sky. You Oh God paint the sky as it changes color every hour of the day. You have put seed into the ground and brought forth life as it grows big, tall, lush, and beautiful. Oh Lord, You are so amazing! You speak life, and this world came into existence through Your words. From the time of man's beginning, man has been trying to figure out how to take the place of our Great Creator. Man will try to take the credit of the cause of existence. Many people have became their own gods. However, we as believers will sing unto the Lord, who has made and created us in His own image. God bless you. Amen

He that dwelleth

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty" (Psalms 91:1 KJV). Powerful and touching manifestations from God happen in the secret place of prayer. Prayer gives birth to a powerful and exciting life given by God. Prayer opens man's heart up to God's great mysteries that are only given in the place of prayer. In the secret place of prayer, men and women can expect to experience the powerful presence of God, moving, touching, and leading them into deeper communion with Him. Prayer brings God's presence down to Earth and into the heart of man. It opens up the atmosphere and allows the Lord to do what our humble hearts ask of Him. Prayer brings resources that can only be found in heaven down to this Earth. A prayerless life is a fruitless life that cannot be blessed by the sweet Living Waters that flow from the throne room of God. Hopelessness as a Christian happens because a life is being lived away from the anointing of prayer. Not to pray is to allow the enemy to gain ground, and it is giving him rights over our lives. It takes the presence of God to break down every wall and reveal every trap the devil thinks up. We will run in to hardships and storms that could drown us if we allow them to, but a man or woman of prayer will continue to stand to the end. They will endure through hard times. We will need more prayer in this last hour to help us through this time of day. Seek God in the secret place. God bless you. Amen

Possible with God

"And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God" (Luke 18:27 KJV). There is no stopping Jesus from touching lives that are in need. Jesus is willing to save souls and bring back to life those who are spiritually dead in this last hour. There's nothing impossible for Him at all. He does the impossible. However, there is one thing that stops Christ from demonstrating His love, His hope, and His heart to man, and that one thing is man. Through the years, man has stopped Christ from doing His glorious work, whether it be in the church or at home in one's own personal life. Man tends to want to be in control, even in control of the Living God. Man stops God from doing and performing what He came to do, that is set to man free. From the time in the Garden of Eden till now, man has always broke the commands of God. Man's selfishness and pride tends to always get in the way. His carnality, along with his wicked imagination and desires of the heart, have pushed man over the limits and boundaries that God has set up for man's own safety and will being. Jesus respects us so much that He will not interfere with our own decision making, whether it be good or bad. It is up to the individual, not God. Let us chose today blessing and not cursing. God bless you. Amen

I am alive for evermore

"I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death" (Revelation 1:18 KJV). Christ's living power is still demonstrated across this great world. Christ's saving power still moves across this world in a powerful way. His power is saving lost souls, setting the captive free, and bringing sight to the blind. He is everywhere. He is alive and active. He's moving in the churches who pray and believe in His resurrection and in the Holy Spirit. He has appeared to many people in this world, some unexpectedly and many who have been waiting and seeking Him. Years after His resurrection, the Lord appeared to the apostle John while he was in prison on the island of Patmos. The Lord spoke to John, who was in the spirit. Christ stood powerfully before him and gave him instructions to write down everything he was shown and told. The Lord appeared to John when he was in the spirit. It is when we get into the spirit that God will come and visit us. When His Spirit begins to move upon the heart of a believer, God can reveal Himself in a powerful way to them. God is willing to show Himself alive to everybody who is willing to show themselves to God. God's Spirit moves and grabs a hold of the willing heart that is in need, those who cry out to Him. Jesus is in the business of saving souls, and He can save to the utmost. Nothing is impossible for the Living God. God bless you. Amen

I am the Resurrection.

"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this" (John 11:25, 26 KJV)? When Jesus shows up, the super natural will happen. When He shows up, the atmosphere begins to shift, shake, and clear out. Darkness flees and hides in the presence of our Lord. Lazarus had been dead for four days, and he had been put in a cave behind a stone. Jesus said, "Take away the stone", and to everyone's amazement Martha, the sister of Lazarus, said "he's been dead for four days and by this time he stinks". Jesus, our Lord, works through faith not unbelief. Corruption, whether physical or moral, is no obstacle to Jesus Christ, who is the Resurrection and the Life. No grave or cave can stop the voice of Jesus. Jesus lifted up His eyes unto the heavens and prayed, giving thanks unto the Father for hearing His prayers and always hearing them. As He prayed, the people also heard Him pray. With a loud voice, He said, "Lazarus, come forth". How many times have we fallen into sin or depression and stay far away from God the Father? How many times have we been tangled up and bound up by unbelief and humanistic ways? How many times have we felt trapped and alone in a dark place behind a stone? Yet amid all of this, the moment we begin to cry out and seek the Lord desperately, Christ comes to our rescue. Jesus is alive, and He's in Heaven watching over His children, and interceding on our behalf. He is still praying for us. Give God praise today, for we serve a Living God who saves. God bless you. Amen

Christ died for us.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8 KJV). Thank you Jesus for life and peace you have given to us. Thank you Jesus for coming to this earth and leaving us your very Word and Spirit. Thank you Jesus for never giving up on us, but always putting out your hand and helping us get back up. Thank you Jesus for setting us free from captivity. Thank you Jesus for forgiveness, mercy, and grace. Thank you Jesus for bringing us to the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Thank you Jesus for your body, which was broken for everyone of us. Thank you Jesus for the blood you shed at Calvary, that washed our sins away. Thank you Jesus for making a covenant with God the Father that reconciles man back to God. Thank you Jesus for opening the eyes of the blind and healing the sick. Thank you Jesus because whenever I felt rejected and alone you were always there with me. Thank you Jesus for hearing our voices when we cried out. Thank you Jesus for coming to comfort us. Thank you Jesus for never leaving us nor forsaking us. Thank you Jesus for Calvary and that we are not the same old people anymore. Thank you Jesus for the price you paid, bringing life to the heart of man, and for loving us so much. Thank you Jesus for all you are, and we wait for your return for your church. Thank you Jesus for all you've done. God bless you. Amen

The love of God

"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38, 39 KJV). Who or what can stop Jesus from loving us? Nothing can stop our Lord from loving us, not even death or sin. He died so that we may be free from death and the bondage of sin. He showed His great love for all humanity when He went to the cross. Christ demonstrated how far He was willing to go for us. He never gave up on us, but we give up on Him when we forsake Him and forget about Him. He never gives up on us, even when we find ourselves lost in our own desires, actions, and wants. He is always there, willing to pick us up where we left off. This is the purpose and plan God has for us, that we will not all perish, but have fullness of life in Jesus Christ. His blood washes away every bit of our sins, pain, heartache, addiction, past, lust, and perversion within our hearts. He has come to save humanity and to redeem us back to God the Father. The grave couldn't conceal Him or keep our Lord bound up. Death couldn't shut Him up. He rose from the dead, and now He sits at the right hand of God the Father up in Heaven making intercession for you and I and the rest on this world. He is glorious and marvelous, and He has given us life to the fullest. He is the Great Shepherd, our Living God. God bless you. Amen

The Lamb of God.

"He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth" (Isaiah 53:7 KJV). Oh precious Lamb of God, how good you are. Jesus Christ bore the sin penalty of mankind. Christ knew His destiny when He stepped down from heaven onto this earth. Jesus came to this earth with a purpose, and that purpose was to be the Lamb of God, the sacrifice that would redeem man back to God the Father. He was mocked and suffered so you and I could have freedom. He was whipped, spit on, and hung on a cross to pay sin's debt for you and I. He was a man wrongly accused and rejected by His own. However, the rejection and false accusations did not stop Jesus from going to the cross. He just saw the hurt, the pain, and the darkness that had them blinded to the Truth. He said nothing at all. He did not speak a word, but He took the punishment for humanity. He paid our sin debt once and for all. It was Christ's choice. God the Father cannot take any other offering except the offering of His Only Begotten Son. This is the only offering or sacrifice that will save a soul from eternal hell. "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13 KJV). Christ did all this for you and I. God bless you. Amen

His Son

"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved" (John 3:17 KJV). The world through Him, Jesus, might be saved. God did not send Christ to condemn us or fill us up with shame and guilt, but He sent Him to get us to the knowledge and understanding of His love, mercy, and grace. The work of Jesus was all done and finished at the cross. Jesus gave His heart completely to humanity. He surrendered His whole life for you and I in order to bring us life and life to the fullest. There was nothing that was going to stop Jesus from fulfilling His ministry that God the Father had appointed to Him. He came to preach, teach, and set all nations free with His Love, Spirit, and Word. When Christ says He loves us and will never leave us nor forsake us, He is sincere. He says these words with truth and from the fullness of his heart. He speaks to the brokenhearted and the men and women who have been neglected and rejected by the world. He's come to lift us up and to bring True Light to the heart that is broken, lost, and in need. Jesus came to rescue every soul that desires to be free from the work of the enemy. One must be willing to surrender to the call of God, and to the One who will reveal selfishness, pride, and self-righteousness in their lives. The apostle Paul said, "But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world" (Galatians 6:14 KJV). Paul gloried in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ because it brings forth salvation. God bless you. Amen

For the promise is on to you.

"For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call" (Acts 2:39 KJV). Jesus poured out His Holy Spirit upon His disciples on the day of Pentecost. It was through the Holy Spirit that the first church came alive, into existence, and became filled with boldness and power from on high. Jesus Christ, our Savior, has made a way and given all who believe an opportunity to live a life of peace and rest here on this earth. The first church came alive once it was baptized in the Holy Spirit. They could not just sit around, for they received the promise from on high. They prayed, fasted, and began to move across the city under the authority of God's Spirit. People were being saved, healed, and given life. Darkness had to flee because the light of Christ shined upon lost people. However, the authority, the priests, the Pharisees, and the Sadducees, did not like this one bit. So, they came against the church by persecuting them and telling them not to preach Jesus Christ. They put the church in prison, whipped them, and even stoned them to death. We read about how Stephen was under the power of the Holy Spirit. He was a man who knew the Glory of God, which the flesh cannot stand, and he was stoned to death for it. However, this did not stop the first church, if anything, it got them deeper into prayer and fasting. The Holy Spirit got them deeper into intimacy with Jesus Christ. This created a boldness beyond man's own ability to speak aloud and continue walking and doing the work of the Great Commission. There's no stopping the Spirit of God, which lives inside of man. God bless you. Amen

The promise

"And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high" (Luke 24:49 KJV). The first church stood still in one accord and expecting the promise from God. They were unmoved, in one mind, in one accord, in great harmony, and in agreement with one another. They united in the upper room. All 120 believers gathered together praying and seeking the face of God every day. They desperately desired nothing else but the promise that Jesus Christ, the Messiah, had given to them, and they waited. These early disciples were desperate, fervent, and persistent in prayer. They were hungry for Christ. They were in need of a great move from the Lord. "And suddenly there came a sound from Heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it feel the house where they were sitting" (Acts 2:2). The Lord came in through His unseen power of the Holy Spirit, and He began to fill His disciples, His followers, His believers with the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Tongues of fire sat upon each one of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them the utterance. What a powerful time this must have been, to have God's very presence settle in and upon His people. We must desperately seek and desire the same fire, the same outpouring of God's Spirit upon our bodies and upon the church in this late hour. God gave the church His very best, His Only Begotten Son. Along with His Son, He gave us the Holy Spirit to live within us, His very presence. God's promise, one of many, was fulfilled on that great day of Pentecost. Seek the Lord, and He will show you and give you His promises. God bless you. Amen

Take heed, brethren

"Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God" (Hebrews 3:12 KJV). There is a promise waiting for everyone who follows Jesus Christ and to trusts in Him, clings to Him, and relies on Him. There is a promise out of Heaven from our Father above, who wants to bless His children and fill them with love, peace, and rest. God the Father has great promises for us. Let us not be ignorant to the call of God. He has opened the door through His Son Jesus Christ for all to come to know Him and live with Him. This is a promise from God that those who believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God will have eternal life in heaven. God has given us all the choice to follow Him or not, yet so many people today are between life-and-death, curses and blessings. Their ignorance has them unsure of what they want. The children of Israel hardened their hearts towards the command of the Lord their God. As a result, they walked 40 years in a wilderness, and one by one they passed away and became dust again. They could not reach God's promise. They could not see God through faith. So, take heed to the voice of the Holy Spirit, who has promises for every believer who clings to Christ our Lord and relies on Him. "For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end" (Hebrews 3:14 KJV). Put your confidence in Jesus Christ, who is our High Priest and Mediator. Jesus is our confidence and hope. He's the only way to eternal salvation with God the Father in heaven. Giving Him praise. God bless you. Amen

He will be with thee.

"And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed" (Deuteronomy 31:8 KJV). God will go before you and take care of you. He will guide you, for it is His promise. There is a promise waiting for the child of God that waits on and obeys the voice of the Lord. The Lord is willing to pour out His promises upon His children, yet His children must be willing to depart from all that has them bound and distracted from the Living God. Moses could not go into the promised land, for he did not believe the Lord. "And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them" (Numbers 20:12 KJV). Moses still got to see the promised land from on top of the mountain. That did not stop the promise for God's children or keep them from receiving it. The Lord wants us to grab a hold of His promises by faith. God's promises will only come to His children through faith. They are received by faith. God raised up a leader to take them over the Jordan, to guide them, to comfort them, and to encourage them. Their leader, Joshua, held to the promises of God and totally surrendered himself to the Lord above. Joshua did not do this out of selfish motives or for material things, but he submitted to Christ so all the children of Israel could receive the promise also. Selfishness doesn't get too far. Material things will always rust away, fade away, and get taken away. However, the promises of God will be there for the next generation and the next after that. Our children and grandchildren must be raised in the promises of God. God bless you. Amen

Generation after them

"And also all that generation were gathered to their fathers, and there arose another generation after them who did not know (recognize, understand) the Lord, or even the work which He had done for Israel. And the people of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord and served the Baals" (Judges 2:10, 11 AMP). The children of the world today must be taught the Living Word of God. God's Word must be lived out in faith by parents, brothers, sisters, and every believer. We need to see a powerful move of God, transformation in our churches, and pure and holy living arising in this generation. These things will only happen when we seek the face of God. Today, man is surrounded by many man-made idols, idols that have become gods to the heart of man. Joshua lived a long one-hundred and ten years of age. All who lived during Joshua's days served the Lord, but once the men and women who sought the presence of God passed on, their children forsook God. The children of Israel, who did not know the Lord or the works of God's hand, did evil in the sight of the Lord. They forsook God, the God of their fathers, and they began to worship and follow other gods, the gods of the people who were around them. The children of God no longer threw down the altars of the world. They no longer obeyed the voice of the Lord, for they made a league with the inhabitants of the land. When one steps out into the world without obedience to God, one will get wrapped up in the system of the world. The world doesn't become more Christian, but rather Christians become more worldly. Jesus cannot change who does not want to change. He respects everyone's will. However, He will get their attention, and if they do not desire to follow Him then His hand of protection will come off of them. "So the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and He gave them into the power of plunderers who robbed them; and He sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could no longer stand before their foes"(vs. 14). It is a dangerous thing to walk away from God's presence to go after the lusts of this world. Where are the Joshua's today? God bless you. Amen

Could not stand

"Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you" (Joshua 7:12 KJV). There is no victory for those who have a hidden sin in their life. Hidden sin takes one further away from God and builds up a wall between them and their Savior. The only way Joshua and Israel were going to be victorious in the Promised Land was if they conquered the enemy. In order to conquer the enemy, they had to destroy it and not let it live again. The enemy of our souls is the flesh, the sin nature inside of us. It is the sin nature that draws us away from the presence of God. The Israelites had to learn how to conquer their own sin nature, just like everyone of us. We have desires and some of them are not so pure or honest, and we too must learn, through the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, how to conquer them. The Lord commanded Joshua to go into the land of Canaan and possess it, but in doing so he would have to fight against the enemy with sword and bow. We read the many victories Joshua had with the children of Israel. We read how the enemy was defeated because the children of God trusted in God and believed in God's strength, not their own strength. As a leader, Joshua heard the commands of the Lord and he put his heart towards them. The goal of this man of God was learning and obeying these commands. He was out to please God, not himself. Victory came when Israel obeyed God's commands, and it will also come to us when we too follow our Lord's example. To obey is greater than sacrifice. God bless you. Amen

Your heart

"Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart" (Proverbs 3:3 ESV). It is not time to take hold of selfish desires and become part of this world. The time is near. Jesus, Our Lord, is coming back very very soon, and He is returning for a faithful bride, a born-again people Who have been washed and cleansed in His precious blood. It's time to grab hold of the precious cross and allow Christ to grow within our hearts. Too many people are running away, stepping down from the altar of praise, and not willing to deny their whole self. So, they give up on themselves and on God in this last hour. They have abandoned the faith, ran back into the world, and are chasing after their own desires. They are taking their destinies into their own hands. Many people have become their own masters. As a result of trying to master their own will, many people have become lost and lead by selfish pleasures and endless wants that will never be fulfilled. The Lord is about to do something great and powerful. It's time we begin to seek our first love, Jesus, and get to know Him stronger and more intimate than ever before. Repent of all sins, and run to Jesus, Who washes away all sin. Arise in our Lord Jesus and walk in His love, faith, peace, passion, hope, purity, honesty, and grace. He's our only hope and our only way. Encourage one another today in Jesus's name. God bless you. Amen

Far from me

"Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of man" (Isaiah 29:13 KJV). Is the Holy Spirit drawing us near to God or is man? It is useless and the no avail to seek God with your mouth and not with your heart. Israel was lost in their selfishness. They were seeking idols and selfish desires. God cannot hear a man who honors Him only with their lips. He is looking for an upright individual, who is willing to love Him with all their heart, soul, and mind. However, mankind hides from God's eyes, assuming He will not see them. God warns them, but the heart of man ignores the warnings from God. These people make up every excuse to try to justify their own ignorance. In reality it is a matter of unbelief to the truth. "Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?" (vs. 15). Everything is seen in the eyes of the Lord, even our own hearts are seen by Him. "And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account" (Hebrews 4:13 ESV). Man has his own will and knows what is right from wrong, but the fact is man chooses to do as his own heart desires. As a result, one is given up to the works of the flesh and the wants of the world. The Lord is faithful, and He expects nothing other than faithfulness from His children. God bless you. Amen

Gathered together

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:20 KJV). Thank you Jesus for being in the midst of us, for surrounding us, and for taking care of us. Jesus is in the midst of two or three who seek Him and call upon His name. He stands ready to help and intercede on our behalf and for our very needs. He let His disciples know that they would never be alone or apart from Him. He let them know He would never leave them nor forsake them. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore, and He stands in the midst of us when we begin to seek Him in spirit and in truth. He has given us the Holy Spirit, which gives us and brings us hope and comfort in these last days. As a result of being filled with the Holy Spirit, Christ Jesus is in the midst of us when we begin to pray alone, because it's us and the Holy Spirit together seeking the face of God. Anytime anyone prays with a heart of sincerity, Jesus Christ hears. For it is the heart that cries out that He is attracted to. A broken heart and crushed spirit draws Jesus near, for He is able, willing, and eager to help. Ask and it will be done for you by My Father in Heaven. Christ wants us to come into agreement, to be in one accord, to be sound together, and to be in harmony with one another in prayer. Prayer is a discipline to seek the divine guidance from God. Prayer is our life line here on Earth to God the Father and Jesus. God bless you. Amen

Entangled

"For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in" (Exodus 14:3 KJV). If God's people truly follow the Lord, then whatever satan does will always fall out to the glory of God. That is only if God's people fully trust and obey. The Israelites walked out from Egypt with their families, live stock, gold, and silver destined for the promised land. However, they did not get too far before the enemy, Pharaoh and his great army, began to catch up to them. The enemy was hardened in heart, and he wasn't about to let the Israelites walk out so easily from captivity. We deal with the same devil in this world today. He does not want to let the people of the world go so easily. He will chain up and bind up all who give him a chance to do so. Sin in one's life gives satan latitude to hold the sinner in bondage, unable to run in freedom. Thank God for Jesus Christ who came to save us from the works of the enemy. Christ, who poured out His blood for every sinner, made a way for all who trust in Him and rely on Him faithfully. "For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth" (Romans 9:17 KJV). God is in charge and His mercies endure forever. Take authority over the enemy of your soul today in the name of Jesus and walk free, liberated from every bit of darkness. God bless you. Amen

Freed from sin.

"For he that is dead is freed from sin" (Romans 6:7 KJV). A dead man is no longer a slave to sin. A man who surrenders fully unto the Lord Jesus Christ is no longer a man enslaved by the sin nature. A man who does not desire to follow after his own sinful ways anymore is a man who will be touched deeply by the Holy Spirit. The apostle Paul wrote in the sixth chapter of the book Romans, "Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him"(vs.8). Jesus gave us victory at the cross. The cross has set men and women free from the bondage of sin. The cross holds victory for every believer in Jesus Christ. If we grab a hold of the cross and reckon ourselves dead to sin, we will live a victorious life. Jesus freed all mankind at the cross. Everything that stood against man and everything that was between man and God is now taken out of the way through the precious blood of Jesus Christ that was shed at the cross. The devil's schemes, deceiving lies, and wickedness was all defeated by Jesus Christ that day on the cross. The blood of the Lord washes every sinner free, free from guilt, shame, condemnation, and blame. If one wants true freedom, they will follow after Jesus Christ even through the storms of life. They will follow after Christ. Nothing can stop us from that great love. There's no time to look for another answer when Jesus is the answer. He's the only way, truth, and life to the Father. So many people spend hours trying to find other ways to freedom and Heaven, but it is only through the cross of Christ. Jesus came with one thing on His heart, and that was to liberate man from chains of sin, from bondage of darkness, and out of the hands of satan. Follow Christ, and He will save you. God bless you. Amen

Prayer was made without ceasing.

"Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him" (Acts 12:5 KJV). God will always pass by self-sufficient men. They have no need to commune with God because they are too self-sufficient. God stops to hear and is drawn to a praying man or woman who lays all aside to get into His sweet presence. Great deliverance happens when the captives are set free through prayer. David Wilkerson said, "Mighty deliverances take place when God’s saints seek Him diligently with childlike faith for the needs of their brothers and sisters". Chains are broken when the church begins to pray in faith. Things begin to happen in the atmosphere of heaven when God's saints begin to diligently seek God's face. Peter was imprisoned and bound with two chains, "And the angel of The Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison." This miracle happened because the church did not lose any hope. They knew this great man of God would be set free through the hands of Jesus Christ our Savior. So, they prayed without ceasing. Fervent prayer for Peter was persistently being made to God by the church and a miracle began to happen. Chains fell from Peter's hands and the prison doors were opened because the church prayed with faith. It's up to us to see our loved ones saved and redeemed to the Father. It's up to us to pray diligently and consistently to our Savior, who still has the power and the supreme authority to set all people free. Child like faith gets the attention of God the Father. God bless you. Amen

I will praise

"I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee" (Psalms 138:1 KJV). The world is allowing immorality to flood nations, cities, and homes. It's time we pray and sing songs to our Heavenly Father before the idols of this world. We need to cry out to our Lord Jesus and make our cries heard up in Heaven. I need you Lord greater than all of life. I do seek you desperately, praying and hoping that you will be drawn to my prayers. Praying is the most rejected source of communication we have with the Lord. Not too many people will find time or put aside their desires to seek God's desires. The church today is struggling because there are no prayer warriors. There are no more men or women shut away in the privacy of their own homes calling Heaven down to earth. Very few people are acquainted with the prayer closet. Very few people know the voice of God that wants to speak to their hearts. Very few people walk under the power and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The church wants the blessing from God, and it desires to see revival break forth from the altars within. However, to obtain this one must desperately desire the presence of God above everything else. Leonard Ravenhill once said "The price is high. God does not want partnership with us, but ownership of us". Christ is looking for a fully surrendered heart. He's looking for a heart that is totally given over to God the Father. Revival must break out across this world, but many will refuse the pray the price. In the name of Jesus, we give God praise. God bless you. Amen

Revival

"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place" (Acts 2:1 KJV). Holy Ghost revival starts in the heart of man. It brings to life that which was spiritually dead. If we want to see revival in our churches, across our cities, in schools, and in homes, it must first start in the believer's heart. Great revivals don't necessarily start in a big or mega church. They usually start when a few hungry and desperate, promise believing believers, begin to seek the face of God together. We see and read about many revivals happening when Jesus walked on the earth. He came to heal, set free, and bring liberty to all. We also read about the many times God poured out His Spirit upon Israel in the Old Testament. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are the reason for revival, and without them in the midst of our prayer meetings, teachings, and preachings we will not hear, see, or be a part of His revival. Revival will change a man and woman's heart. Revival restores the heart and church back to its original state and place. It brings out the evil and replaces it with God's glorious Light. It will clean house, getting it ready for a thicker presence and a greater anointing. Holy Ghost Revival will set a people on fire to a point where they can only glorify God, the Giver of true life. It pushes away what we think is normal, and pours out what has been waiting in Heaven for all who seek. Revival glorifies God not man. Seek God for revival. We sure need it in this last hour. God bless you. Amen

If we confess

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 KJV). Are we willing to surrender it all, our habits, our wants, and our desires, everything, even our hearts? If there is not a total surrendered heart to Jesus, chances are one will continue to be consumed by his or her own sin nature. This only keeps one back from truly experiencing Christ in a powerful way. In the very moment Christ begins to touch that surrendered heart, that individual recognizes how powerless they are, and the Spirit of God says, "surrender". However, so many people will allow the guilt of past sins to begin to manifest themselves within the mind and heart of an individual, causing them to step back from the voice of the Holy Spirit. Allow the Holy Spirit to bring back to remembrance the grace and love that Jesus bestows upon all who call upon Him. Committing oneself fully to Christ is not easy to do, unless that person is tired of sin. Jesus says, "if we confess our sins we will walk in the light of Christ". If we see ourselves as sinners and confess our sins unto Him, He is faithful to forgive us. He is so faithful to forgive! We are justified by faith in Jesus Christ. It was through the work that our Lord did at Calvary over 2,000 years ago that gave man access to the Lord's precious grace, and by faith we are justified. God bless you. Amen

Nothing but the blood.

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin" (1 John 1:7 KJV). This old powerful song speaks to the heart that opens their soul up to it. It is anointed and filled with the promise of God. What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus! What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus! The blood of Christ reaches to the highest of mountains, and it flows to the deepest of valleys. It is able to reach into the darkest of places and bring light to a heart who has no other way out. God has given to all man the greatest gift for life here on earth. This gift will never perish, grow old, run out, fade away, nor ever leave anyone alone. It is the blood of Christ. It is precious and priceless. It brings life to man and a deep reality to a heart that was once driven by darkness. The blood of Christ not only sets one free, but it brings one into a separation from the world. This gift is free to those who believe in the Son of God. It is through Christ's blood that we will have eternal life in heaven with God the Father. We must have faith and believe in the sacrifice that that has brought and is still bringing liberty to man. Nothing else can wash a man from his evil conscience or a heart of evil that has been bound by sin. It is only by the blood of Jesus. Grab a hold of Christ's blood today, and with your hearts being sprinkled with His blood, draw near to God the Father and His great love for you and I. God bless you. Amen
