Beareth witness

"The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God" (Romans 8:16 KJV). We are full of power through the Holy Spirit. We have a living witness inside of us. We should enjoy all the privileges that come to us from God as children of God. He has given us the spirit of adoption, adopting us into the family of God. The Holy Spirit enables the children of God to call God "father", so we cry Abba Father. The Holy Spirit also brings forth correction to one's life, a life filled with faith and hope. The Spirit of God brings forth a power of conviction, and it sanctifies and separates the believer from the things that are not acceptable unto God. He is a God-given gift to keep the believer alive and in line with God the Father. The Spirit of God speaks with boldness and has no fear. It is the power of God living on this earth inside of individuals who believe. It is the holiness of God, and He demonstrates God's grace to individuals, His unmerited favor, the goodness of God. He brings a fire of judgment to burn away any contamination and corruption from man's heart. There is a power behind the Holy Spirit, and this power is not to be taken lightly. He is here to demonstrate God's grace and love. He is here to bring sight to the blind, healing to the broken, and to set the captives free. Jesus gives us His Spirit so that we may be witnesses and live a victorious life, consecrated from the lust of the flesh, the pride of life, and the lust of the eyes. He is here to edify the body of Christ and to build God's holy temple in every believer. God is good, and his mercies endure forever.
