Go unto Pharaoh
"And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt" (Exodus 3:11 KJV)? Prepare the way for God! God needs a vessel that will allow the Holy Spirit to sanctify and consecrate them for the work of the Lord. God had His eyes on Moses ever since the day he was born. He had a plan that would save millions out of slavery and bondage. Moses was raised by the daughter of Pharaoh, who gave him the very best. He was schooled with the best in Egypt. He was a man who had everything possible. Yet, God had a greater plan for this man, greater than any riches could ever buy. Gideon was a man who was the least in his family and the poorest of Manasseh. "And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? Behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house" (Judges 6:15 KJV). He was found by the Lord hiding from the enemy without an ounce of faith to fight, but God saw something in Gideon that he himself could not see. When God steps into someone's life, things are going to change for the good and not for the bad. God will begin to move in a great and mighty way, and it will be visible to those who come into contact with that person. The Lord needs vessels to demonstrate His power and might through, but the vessels must be willing to move with the voice of the Lord and do as He says. These men were able to witness great and powerful miracles under the hand of God and so are those who decide to live a holy and consecrated life for Jesus Christ. We must be willing to let go and begin to trust in Him who will hold us up. Who am I? Are you the least in your family? God has a plan for everyone of us. Let us follow His plan for our lives. God bless you. Amen.
