In you O Lord do I put my trust.

"IN YOU, O Lord, do I put my trust and confidently take refuge; let me never be put to shame or confusion"! (Psalm 71:1 AMP) Seek the face of the Lord and the Lord will be on your side. He protects those who seek His face, for He becomes their Refuge and Stronghold of their lives. Does God got a hold of you? When the Lord gets a hold of you and your life, it will not be comfortable because the Holy Spirit fire will come in and disturb your comfort. He will bring all darkness to light. Every hidden sin will be manifested to the heart over and over again until it is taken out of the place where the Lord has rule. As long as we walk in the light, the darkness has to go for there is no place for it. The only way to take control over darkness is when one begins to abide in the Lord. There is no other way. One must be sick and tired of their sin, willing to give it up, and willing to run to Jesus. This is just the beginning of life with Jesus. There is more to this new life in Christ. We have to continue abiding in Him so that He can abide in you and I. The closer we get to the Lord, the more the Lord brings growth to our hearts and a fruitful life that is pleasing to God. Remember this, The Lord will never forsake you nor leave you. He loves you. "I am the vine, ye are the branches:He that abideth in me, and I in him, the l life pleasing same bringeth forth much fruit:for without me ye can do nothing" (John 15:5). Expect the enemy to come against you with all that he has. He will try everything to distract you and to get you to fall into sin again, but arise in Jesus Christ and remember the enemy's tactics and strategies for they really don't ever change.
