He Himself

"Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage" (Hebrews 2:14, 15 NKJV). I am broken, and all I can do is look up. I cannot get in any deeper than I already am. My strength is gone. My hopes are gone, and all that surrounds me is lifeless. I have tried everything in this world to bring joy to my heart and comfort to my soul, but nothing seems to work. I'm at the point of giving up, and all that surrounds me is sin and death. Where do I go now? This is the place where many people truly have to get in order for them to realize that they are powerless to overcome sin. This is the place where we have tried everything possible man has ever thought of or made, and nothing ever works. This is the place that I was at. I could not overcome sin in my own strength. I could not overcome darkness in my own wisdom. I got to the place where I knew I was in bondage and there was no way out. We can try everything to keep our head above the water, life boats, made by man's wisdom, books, written by man's heart, but it is only when we cry out to God that He is able to save us. Today, years later, the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ keep me from falling back into that lie and deception. They keep me from falling into the great mirage that the world puts in front of me. They have picked me up and put me upon the Rock. What I was powerless to do and could not overcome, our Lord Jesus Christ was able to do. He set me free, and I am in debt to Him. Are you still struggling with sin? Cry out if you want out. God bless you. Amen

The Lord of hosts is with us;

"The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah" (Psalms 46:11 KJV). Our Lord is so faithful. When problems arise and storms begin to make their way into our path, He comes in to comfort us during these times. We can always count on Jesus coming in at the right time. Just when all seems to come crumbling down, He is there to help hold things together. Everything is possible when Christ comes to the door and knocks. He is always there for His children, even when it might not seem like it. He is still watching and waiting to see what we are going to do. He is so good, even in the times when we fall into failure. When others don't seem to care and thoughts begin to play with our minds, we can never doubt the Good Lord. He does not forget about us or pass us by. He is so willing to help us get back on our feet and back to His mercy and grace. He truly loves us and cannot stand to see us in the mirey clay. We just have to continue with faith in Him and try not to let anything come in between us and Him. God bless you. Amen

Everlasting.

"And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting" (Psalms 139:24 NKJV). Sometimes the only way for God to get our attention is to get us to a place that seems so helpless and hopeless. However, it is in this place that He can show us who He really is and how much we truly need Him. This place may be lonely, dark, and even familiar to many who are also on this journey to eternal life in Heaven. The Lord needs us to understand that He is the One True Way. We cannot afford to put anything before Him and His goodness. We have to understand that none of us are perfect, and there will be trials and struggles that we'll all face. In the midst of those struggles and trials, we have a Savior who is very familiar with what we are going through. Don't stop crying out! Don't stop praying! Don't stop worshiping! Just find time alone with Him, and He will show you the way. He will pour Himself upon you and fulfill your every need, for they come from above. Why wait? Go into the prayer closet, ask of the Lord, and get to know Him and His ways. "Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties" (Psalms 139:23 NKJV); God bless you. Amen

His own received Him not.

"He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. (John 1:10, 11 KJV). How many people really know Jesus? How many people are really looking forward to everlasting life in His presence? The way it is looking not too many people are excepting the Gospel message. There is so much fighting and not enough rest. The enemy is moving and confusing much of today's society. With drugs and perversion on an overall high, wickedness is surly in first place among many nations. From the young to the old, so much wickedness has so many bound to immorality and ungodliness. Everywhere we look, or just about every place we go, there is some sort of stronghold starring right at us. All this ungodliness is not going to stop, but grow greater in time. Lawlessness has a young generation lost and confused with lust, homosexuality, murder, envy, pride, and all other sorts of wickedness. These are surely the times the Apostle Paul speaks about in his epistle to Timothy. "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Timothy 4:1 KJV). So many people try to hold the form of godliness, but in the Light the truth will be exposed. It's not time to play the part, but time to become one with the Lord Jesus Christ. Darkness is on the rise, and only the True Light of Christ has authority to move it. God bless you. Amen

Crucified with Christ

"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me" (Galatians 2:20 NKJV). Die to self! It is time we die to self and allow the Lord Jesus to reign freely in our lives. It is an honor to serve our Lord. Along with this honor, comes many promises filled with goodness and His grace. Who would not want this blessing in their lives? Who in their right mind would pass up this great invitation of love? Those who are still trusting in themselves. Those who still have a vision of building their own kingdom here on this earth. They will be the ones to pass it up. Maybe the dollar bill has their heart, as if that is the answer to all of life's problems. However, the dollar bill is not the key to eternal life in the kingdom of God. So many material things, from big to small, holds back many people from receiving what Jesus did at Calvary. His blood was shed for you and I. It has washed us and cleansed us from all sin. What is it going to take? Does Jesus' death on the cross and His sacrifice have our attention? Jesus did everything possible for us. Now, it's time that we stand in faith, believe in Christ Jesus with all of our hearts, and follow after Him. If His sacrifice does not move us, we will stay stuck in a gloomy barren place. We will be lifeless. It's time to begin to trust Him. We must become more faithful to Him and less reliant on our works of religion, and we must start building a relationship with Jesus Christ. God bless you. Amen

Rich in Mercy.

"But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus" (Ephesians 2:4-7 NKJV). Have we truly made up our minds to follow the Lord Jesus Christ and to do the will of God the Father today? When we are sin-sick and done with the sin, then we are able to move forward into the great promises from God the Father. We will come into a relationship that is not being hindered or broken by sin. We will come into a relationship with our Lord that will truly begin to grow. This is the place where we begin to walk in the New Covenant. When we are tired of being led astray by ungodliness and when we are tired of being trapped and fooled by the tempter, then we are able to cry out from our weakest point of life. The Lord God is only able to move those who are not able to move themselves. He is able to have true kingship over the hearts of those who are without strength and those who are done relying on themselves and their own works. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast" (Ephesians 2:8, 9 KJV). The grace of God did not come and is not given freely for a license to sin. God gives us this free gift to show us his love, mercy, and grace, and Jesus teaches us how to overcome ungodliness and wickedness and shows us how to live a godly life to its' fullness. We can't do anything to save ourselves, but we can trust in the One who died on the cross for us. God bless you. Amen

He has delivered us.

"He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins" (Colossians 1:13, 14 NKJV). Christ Jesus paid the debt of sin and death, and that was the only way we could truly be free. Jesus paid the price for you and I by hanging on the cross on the hill called Golgotha. His Blood flowed down upon the earth that day and set men free from all of sin's debt. The precious blood of Jesus is still setting man free. The blood of Christ washes and has washed away all of our sins. It brings us, who were once bound by sin and who lived far from the truth, near to the Lord. It is only by the blood of Jesus that we are able to stand before God the Father. He sees nothing other than the righteousness and the faithfulness of His Son and what He did at Calvary for you and I. Nothing but the Blood of Jesus can wipe away sin from a man's heart and conscience. "Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful" (Hebrews 10:19-23 NKJV). God bless you. Amen

Wherein ye greatly rejoice.

"Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations" (1 Peter 1:6 KJV). Have you ever fallen away from the path of the Lord and into a world of temptation and sin? Do you ever feel like sin has the best of you? Do you find yourself trying to give it up or get rid of it, only to find it at your door step wanting in? This is why it is so important to find time to cry out to our Savior. We must run to Him who is able to guard us in the midst of the trials. Having Jesus in our lives is the only way to overcome sin. He is the authority and has power and dominion over all. We should count it a joy when we are going through various trials in our lives. They are there to build up our faith in the Lord and to make us understand that we cannot get through sin and darkness on our own strength, but it takes the Light of Christ and the Holy Spirit to get us through. Sin is and has been defeated by the Cross, and we have been washed by the Blood of Christ. Yes, there will be failures and trials in all of our lives, but they are not meant to keep a child of God down and out. Where is our faith and hope in the One True God? If we are not done with a hidden sin, then we are hindering ourselves from receiving true victory. Run from the darkness and into the Light of Christ and find rest. God bless you. Amen

He is able to save.

"Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them" (Hebrews 7:25 KJV). Jesus is on the throne next to God the Father, and He is making intercession for us all. He is our High Priest for all of our needs. He is not like the other high priests, who first offered up a sacrifice for their own sins then sacrificed for the people. Our High Priest is unchangeable and full of love and mercy. Jesus is holy, blameless, unstained by sin, separated from sinners, and able to save souls. Jesus went to the cross not only for the Jews but for all humanity. He did it all for you and I, even unto death, so that we may be free from the dominions of darkness and from all that the prince of this world traps so many people into. We have a High Priest that is familiar with temptation and infirmities. We have a Savior that is able to save even those in deep darkness. He, being fully man as well as fully God, stood up against every form of darkness and brought Light to humanity. "Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:14-16 KJV). Give Him praise for He is good and faithful, and His mercies endure forever. God bless you. Amen

Rejoice.

"Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice" (Philippians 4:4 KJV). A new day in the Lord will bring joy and happiness to a heart. With Jesus among us, there will be no sorrow nor pain. So, rejoice for all that He has done and continues to do in your life! When the storms come in and the past is brought up, I say rejoice in the Lord and let Him bring gladness to your heart. He brings light, that is above all light, to a new day. How good it is to know that He stands in the midst of our presence and He is there throughout the day. We have to continue believing and wanting more of Jesus to live and move in our lives. The minute we forget that He is everywhere is the beginning of trusting in ourselves, and this could easily bring pride to ones' heart. Christ must be our everything. He must be our first love and our life. Without Him in the midst of us, we are but dust. However, when we see Him and know Him as our Bridegroom and us as His Bride, then trust and a deeper faith will begin to take place in our lives. Rejoice! He is coming soon to take us home with Him to live a life in His glory and majesty for eternity. Rejoice in the Lord! God bless you. Amen

Joy shall be in Heaven.

"I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance" (Luke 15:7 KJV). All we need is Jesus in our lives. Jesus is our hope. He is our only hope to see our loved ones saved from this dark and gruesome world. Jesus Christ saved you and I from living an immoral life. He saved us from spending eternity in Hell. Jesus has no problem saving our sons and daughters or our mothers and fathers. He still saves. Jesus still saves the most wicked of sinners who come to Him and believe He is their Savior. Jesus would leave the ninety-nine righteous just to go after that one which is lost. Jesus Christ will continue to find them. He will try to get their attention until they decide to follow Him or not. The Lord sees every soul as being of great value, and He will not stop interceding for that one wicked sinner. Let it be understood that we didn't find Christ, but He found us. It's sad, but there will be many that will not follow the Lord. Even as bad as things look, they still want to do their own thing without Jesus Christ in their lives. Stay on the path that leads to eternal life in Heaven. God's grace is sufficient. God bless you. Amen

Offer unto God Thanksgiving

"Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me" (Psalms 50:14, 15 KJV). Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God the Father making intercession for you and I. Jesus remains beside God the Father in Heaven, and He is pleading on our behalf and believing that you and I will make it. We have a Great Comforter, the Holy Spirit, that moves in behalf of God the Father and does according to what the Lord says and nothing else. With this Great Comforter, the Holy Spirit, we are able to stand in the midst of this world and rejoice in Jesus Christ. What can stop us if we have an intercessor in Heaven and the Holy Spirit dwelling in us on this earth? We are more than able. We are more than conquerors when we walk in the will of Jesus Christ. It is not by our strength, talents, or charisma, but it is by the strength of the One who died for you and I on the Cross of Calvary. The only way we are going to survive the end times and be raptured up as the Lord's Bride is if we continue to walk under His authority and in His strength and not in ours. God bless you. Amen

The will of God.

"For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour" (1 Thessalonians 4:3, 4 KJV). Sin has no respect for anyone. It will lead a soul directly to hell. It's out to trap, delude, deceive, and bind up every human being. When sin catches hold of a person, it is hard to break free from it because sin usually amuses the flesh by allowing the flesh to indulge in its sinful nature and appetites. That person will begin to look at things in an immoral way. That which was pure will become perverse in the imagination and the heart. Sin holds one back from being free. It keeps them in a place of selfishness and pride. Pride is one hard sin to break because one bound by pride sees themself as okay and without a problem. The traps that the devil uses on everyone of us is found in 1 John 2:16. It says, "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world". Sin grows in one's life when one loves the things of the world and puts them first in their life. For the love of the Father is not in them. God has called us to dedicate ourselves to the most thorough purity and not to impurity. The only way to victory over sin is through Jesus Christ and the cross. God bless you. Amen

Great Light.

"The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up" (Matthew 4:16 KJV). Spiritual death is the result of spiritual darkness. This is why we must hunger for Christ. When Jesus started His ministry, He set out to minister to those who sat in darkness. Jesus, being the Light, went and shined in a morally dark and miserable nation, and they saw the Light. Jesus Christ is the Light of the World, and the Only True Light. Teenagers are dying. They are thinking of suicide. Many are bound by the spirit of self mutilation. They are cutting themselves because the pain has risen in this generation's heart. They look for an answer but cannot find it because their lives are in the dark, and their hearts are blinded by this darkness. They have hopes and expectations, as everyone of us has, but their hopes and expectations are to be free from the pain, oppression, depression, and from life. Suicide is a common talk in their young minds. They often think about it, assuming it is the answer to it all. Some will try drugs and others will try sex, but the pain never goes away. We need a move of the Holy Spirit in this country and around the world. We need a move of God and His sweet presence, for He will reach out to this lost generation. Jesus would not be sitting in the pew waiting for the message to end and then go home. No, not at all! Jesus wouldn't be with us at the church. Jesus would be found sitting with the lost and blind soul, talking to the sinners in the streets, and showing them all love. What are we going to do? God bless you. Amen

Every spirit that confesseth

"Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world" (1 John 4:2, 3 KJV). Many deceivers are in this world claiming that Jesus Christ is not Lord. They do not believe the fact that Jesus is the Son of God, and they will go to the extremes to let everyone hear what they have to say about it. This is the spirit of antichrist, and it has been flooding this world for thousands of years. It has not really manifested itself until now in the last days. Its' job is to bind this young generation and lead them from the true knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. This spirit has been spoken about in the epistles of the apostles. It isn't going away anytime soon. The more man gives in to the carnal nature and allows this nature to dominate his soul the more the spirit of antichrist shall also dominate him. The enemy does not stop working. The enemy's plan is to deceive, manipulate, and lead astray the entire human creation from the love of the Lord. As long as man abides in the sin and darkness and allows it to rule their lives, they do not have a chance to live a life free in the Kingdom of Heaven, but in eternal Hell, unless they repent from their sins and follow Jesus. "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world" (1 John 4:1 KJV). God bless you. Amen

They think it strange

"Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you" (1 Peter 4:4 KJV). The unsaved do not understand the reason why the believer lives their life for Jesus Christ. They cannot understand why the believer would stop doing what they used to do or why they left the old life. When one comes to the Lord with a full heart, it is evident by their actions and desires. Just as I was once in the world, it was evident that I was in the world by the things I did and how I did them. At the time, everyone was okay with that. They were okay with the way I was living in sin. It was acceptable to the world, and it still is. Many times I did not get pushed around or talked about. I had many friends that lived for their sin also. Then I realized sin was the only thing we had in common. Now that I am living a life for Christ Jesus we have nothing in common. They will speak about us and call us names, but as long as you and I walk in Jesus they will one day face the facts of who we really are and what they are not. Stand firm in the Lord today. God bless you. Amen

Them that call evil good.

"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter" (Isaiah 5:20 KJV)! Oh Heavenly Father, only you can save those who are blind and wretched. Only you can save the lost from the deepest addiction and from the hardest of hearts. Oh Heavenly Father, I ask you to begin to do a work among this young generation. A generation that is morally sick. A generation that is walking in darkness and not in the light. We need a move of the Holy Spirit so greatly across this land once again. For where the Holy Spirit is there is liberty and freedom from the chains, thoughts, and perversions that weigh many people down. The Holy Spirit is our helper, counselor, teacher, and intercessor in our times of need. What burdens you? Is it the darkness? Does it break your heart to see so many people struggling, looking for an answer in this world, and trying to make ends meet with no true foundation? What is your cry? Is it to see your family free and the chains falling off their hearts? Is it to see a mother and father allowing God to mend their ways? Jesus Christ is the one true way and the only way. He'll bring life to every man and woman. Trust in Him. We need Him so much in this last hour. Church, we need a move of God in this last hour. A move of God is needed desperately today. God bless you. Amen

Without wavering

"Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)" (Hebrews 10:23 KJV). Jesus Christ is for us and not against us. He has been with us since the beginning, and He will be with us for eternity. Every day brings new challenges, and along with the new challenges come different obstacles that surround us. In these last days, we must learn how to put our faith truly in Jesus Christ, our Savior, and begin to trust in Him, call out to Him, and represent Him in spirit and in truth. Many of the obstacles that we meet on a daily basis are in front of us to build our faith in Jesus Christ. Who and what are we going to trust more? So many times we may find ourselves trusting in the issues greater than what we trust in Christ. When issues arise, we tend to look to the world to find the answer to the issue or problem. What could've been solved in simple prayer time turns out to be an time filled with depression and anxiety. Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ removes difficulties and issues that stand before us. Faith removes the mountains. God bless you. Amen

His great love

"But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus" (Ephesians 2:4-6 KJV). Jesus loves the sinner and those who are lost in this world who cannot find their way out. He is here today, as He was 2,000 years ago upon this earth. He's here calling to every broken hearted person, those who are spiritually blind and those who's lives have been broken with hurts, failures, and swallowed up by defeat. Jesus Christ still saves those that are burdened, those filled with stress and anxiety, and those that feel they can't live anymore. Jesus still saves the addict that is addicted to drugs, alcohol, pornography, or whatever they so long to be free from. Jesus Christ will never throw condemnation at a lost soul nor will He pass judgment on them. He is here and always will be to save the lost. He carried our burdens, sicknesses, and sin to the Cross to save us all. He set us free from a life of slavery and from the ruler of the air. At the Cross of Calvary, God demonstrated His great love for all humanity from the youngest to the oldest. Jesus still sets men free and washes away their sin with His blood. God bless you. Amem

We have an advocate.

"My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous" (1 John 2:1 KJV). We have an Advocate with the Father, the One Who intercedes for us and who sits at the right hand of the Father. He paid the price for our sins by taking them to the cross where He hung and died for the world. Then, on the third day He rose from the grave, for death did not get the victory over Him. Victory over sin is found exclusively in the cross, where all sin was defeated two thousand years ago. Jesus Christ is our Lord, the Almighty, the All Powerful, the Redeemer of Heaven and of Earth, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End, and the Alpha and the Omega. We have a friend in Jesus, and He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever more. He never changes, even if we do. He remains the same. The Lord holds to His promises and He is true to His Word. Who can understand Him? He is able to do all things in our lives, but He is limited to only what we allow Him to do in our lives. He can move a nation, a city, and even a people. There's no stopping Him. We, the human race, His creation, tend to stop God from doing what He enjoys to do in our lives, and that is His holiness and love. Without His holiness and love, we will continue as little children or babes in the Lord. God bless you. Amen

And what shall I more say?

"And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens" (Hebrews 11:32-34 KJV). Walk in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and stand in the presence of the Most High. The patriarchs of old stood before kings, rulers, and governments of their time testifying and proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ and Him crucified. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and not one of them backed down from their faith. Many were persecuted and much more were martyred for their faith in the Kingdom of God. In this world, where the enemy has been fiercely opposed by Christianity, the fire of the Holy Spirit has grown and was and is unable to be put out. The believers grew stronger and spread the Holy Fire across the world even with many trials and oppositions in the way. Man cannot turn off or put out what God has started. Jesus Christ came and freely gives us all the way to ever lasting life in Heaven. Kings, governments, and socialists in the world are still trying to get rid of Christianity today. We need a stronger faith, faith that won't move or be moved. God bless you. Amen

Resurrection of the dead.

"And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter" (Acts 17:32 KJV). We are living in the days when people mock us for what we believe in and stand for. Everyone is for themselves and has their own beliefs. It was no different when Paul went out and preached about Jesus Christ, His death at Calvary, and His resurrection from the grave. Oh how people mocked him and laughed at him. However, they did not mock or laugh at Paul but at Christ. The Message of the Cross will be an offense to many who hear it. Some received it and some did not, but that did not stop the Apostle Paul. He looked past the mocking, the laughing, and the persecution it brought. Nothing, I mean no power in Hell or on this earth, is going to stop the anointing of God. When the Lord is out in front of our lives and in total control, there is no turning back. How can one make an excuse to go back to the world? Many do go back because of some little opposition from the enemy. The Apostle Paul had every excuse to give up and run away from God, but Christ Jesus is not going to let us just get up and walk away so easily. He bought us and paid the penalty for us. What love He has given us! Look to Jesus. God bless you. Amen

His spirit was stirred in him.

"Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry" (Acts 17:16 KJV). Let's not be ignorant. The judgment of God which will come to this world is very soon. The Apostle Paul came to a place that was filled with idols of all sorts. Upon seeing all of this idolatry in this city, it grieved Paul's spirit. There was a place in the city of Athens called Mars' Hill. Paul went there, and he could clearly see that the men of the city were guided by superstition and all kinds of Greek philosophies. These people of the city were worshiping and devoting their time to an altar which had an inscription that said, "to the Unknown God". What ignorance to worship nothing at all! This is very common in today's society. There are many altars in this world to gods of all sorts, but they are of no avail to anyone who worships them. The Lord is not some image of man's creativity as the Greek gods were, but He is a God that brought salvation to the whole world through the Cross, which opened a way for everyone to come unto Him. Does the world with all its' idols grieve your spirit as it did the Apostle Paul's? An idol may not be in a form of a statue, but it is something that takes the place of our Lord Jesus. Whether it be money, fame, sex, or drugs, just to mention a few, these can all become Idols in a person's life. Let's not be ignorant. God bless you. Amen

Forgiveness of sins.

"In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins" (Colossians 1:14 KJV). The Lord Jesus Christ came to save the world from all its' evil and wickedness. He was brutally beaten. Then, He was put in front of a crowd of people that He taught, loved, fed, healed, and set free, and these same people yelled, "crucify Him". He was lead to a cross and nailed to it for you and I so that we might have eternal life in Heaven. The Cross of Christ brings freedom to a person that falls to their knees and surrenders their life to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Why live in bitterness, unforgiveness, shackles, or chains when Christ triumphed over every kind of darkness and death? So many people stay stuck in the sin because they either do not know how to get out or they like their sin. However, Jesus Christ died and became a sacrifice for us all, and by faith in Jesus we can stand in freedom and live a life here on Earth in victory and joy. There is a decision humanity has to continue to make every day of their lives and that is who they are going to serve, God or the world. The devil does not care how old or poor a person might be. One can have all the money in the world and still be empty inside their heart. Satan has no respect in any way for any of God's creation. Satan came to lead us all to Hell, and he can break and tear apart if we let him. The truth is only found in the Lord Jesus and no other. Let's continue to stand in the Truth of Christ. God bless you. Amen

Children of light.

"For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them" (Ephesians 5:8-11 KJV). The light of Christ will reprove all things that doesn't bring glory to His name. These things will come to the surface in our lives, meaning that we cannot hide anything ungodly from God's glorious light. We can all recognize the warfare between light and dark and how the demonic powers are consuming so many young peoples' minds, leaving them with a hopelessness and an unbelieving attitude. All people are without an excuse. Jesus came into this world to bring light even to them who live in darkness, but there will be those who choose to stay living in the darkness. "Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace" (Luke 1:78, 79 KJV). God had already prepared for His victory long before man ever existed. He knew that darkness would try to take over this world and bring many to defeat spiritually. Yet, through the blood of Jesus all humanity can walk free from the darkness that blinds the minds and hearts in this present world. It is time to walk as children of light in fellowship with the True Light. God bless you all. Amen

Evil hateth the light

"For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved" (John 3:20 KJV). Sin brings darkness, and sin will only be found in the darkness. This darkness is flooding the world with perversion and lawlessness. The darker the world gets the sicker man becomes in spirit, soul, and body. From the first man to the most recent man, all have been hidden in the dark because of his sin. Adam and Eve hid from God because of their disobedience to God's command. From that day on God has seen man hiding themselves in darkness and wanting to do their own thing without an ounce of conviction. It is funny how we hide our sin from certain people and keep it hidden in places where no one can find it. If someone did find it or caught us in the act of doing what we should not be doing, we would be so embarrassed and hope it would not be told to or seen by others. Sin brings a spiritual darkness to one's life when they begin to play and become aroused by their particular sin or sins. Death is all so familiar with sin. They go hand in hand. If there is a hidden sin in one's life death follows, that is spiritual death. "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light" (Ephesians 5:11-13 KJV). The more we walk and grow with Christ the more the sin in our lives will be manifested by His Light and what He did at the Cross. Speak out boldly and forcibly against sin. God bless you. Amen

A sling and a stone

"So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and struck the Philistine and killed him. But there was no sword in the hand of David" (I Samuel 17:50 NKJV). There is no stopping the anointing of God from standing against and defeating a host of demonic wickedness and darkness. The natural man fights with a sword, but all that an anointed child of God needs is a sling and a stone. God is not limited as to what He can use to bring about victory. Young David grew up in the fields watching over his father's sheep. While he was out there keeping an eye on his father's sheep, he learned how to worship and praise the Lord. God had chosen His man, even if David was just a boy, for God saw David's heart and it pleased Him. The Lord is not looking for a man with great human strength and wisdom. He's looking for a man or woman after His own heart. He is looking for a person that will take up the call of the Lord and allow God the Father to mold them according to His will. David was that man. God anointed him, and he became a warrior and the King of Israel. King David lived a life in many battles with some defeats along the way. The anointing of the Lord is not given without a great purpose behind it. God has a plan for His children who walk with and in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Learn of the Lord, and He will pour out His promises upon your life. God's children will prevail in this late hour in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you. Amen

The Lord of host.

"Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied" (I Samuel 17:45 NKJV). There is no need for demonic giants to threaten our lives anymore. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. As David stood on one end of the valley and heard the champion of the Philistines scream out against the children of God with threats, he knew without a doubt that God would bring the victory. No enemy or devil from hell is too big for a child of God who has faith and walks in the Spirit of God. There are many demonic giants around this world that are controlling and stirring up the atmosphere with wickedness. The spirit of anti-christ moves freely across the television, the internet, and the music. It blasphemes the Word of God. Where are the young anointed men and women who will stand up against these giants of perversion, lawlessness, rebellion, disobedience, hatred, and etc? Where are those who will put themselves aside in the prayer closet and cry out against these powers of darkness. David wasn't going to let this Philistine take over. David knew the power of God and the ability and strength that the Holy Spirit brings when one stands up against the enemy. There is no fear in the Holy Spirit. Continue to stand for Jesus Christ. Run to the anointing given by the Holy Spirit. God bless you. Amen

The victory

"For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith" (I John 5:4 NKJV). God is calling the church, the Body of Christ, to stand up in this last hour, to walk in the love of Christ and the Holy Spirit, and to be saturated by the Living Waters. So many are exhausted and tired out there in this world as darkness gets heavier. Yet, the majority of the church is not tired of seeing their families hurt, beaten, addicted, molested, and haunted by the devil. They continue to go on in their comfortable religious lives and are not moved by the threat of darkness and leading of wickedness. Going to church isn't enough. It's not enough to come and sit for an hour or two, hear a message, to get moved a little by the Holy Ghost, and then to go out for the rest of the week and be consumed by the world. We are losing a spiritual battle right in front of our own eyes, and we aren't going to get the victory if we are sitting back waiting for someone else to do the fighting for us. We must stand up and fight in the name of Jesus against the devil and the demons that are trying to destroy our homes, towns, and cities. In order to get the victory, we must draw close to Jesus with all of our members. "Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God" (I John 5:5 NKJV). It is Jesus, the Son of God, who has victory over the world. He has conquered the world at the Cross of Calvary. God bless you. Amen

Wait upon The Lord

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31 KJV). Wait upon the Lord. This can be pretty hard when problems begin to surround our lives. It seems easier to do it man's way instead of God's way. We don't have the patience or time to wait in today's world. Everything is so fast. Time does not stop for any of us. Sometimes circumstances that surround us seem so impossible and can be hard to deal with. Frustration can easily take over the mind of a person who is facing issue after issue. It's common to man that problems arise and try to consume us. Problems and issues will come and go. Who will we trust in when the problems become hard to bear? So many of us allow the problems to consume our world, our day, and our lives. We all know that Jesus came to bear our anxieties and cares. He is willing to relieve us from our stresses and worries. Our problems are only as big as we make them. If we allow them to take over our day then they get the victory, and soon every day will end up in defeat by our problems. "Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully" (1 Peter 5:7 AMP). We have to trust in Jesus, and in doing so we will live a worry free life. Problems will still arise, but if we trust in Jesus they will not take over our lives. Give all your cares to God, and live a life of peace and rest. God bless you. Amen

The Holy Ghost saith.

"Wherefore, even as the Holy Ghost saith, Today if ye shall hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, Like as in the day of the temptation in the wilderness, Wherewith your fathers tempted me by proving me, And saw my works forty years" (Hebrews 3:7-9 KJV). Let us open our hearts and ears to the Word of God, the very Truth. The children of Israel were stubborn and hard-headed. Even after seeing and being guided by God's glorious presence, they still desired to walk away from knowing and following Him. Giving ground to the enemy always begins with one opening their heart to him. The enemy comes in to discourage us, and he'll try to lead us astray back to where we came from, the world. The enemy is not worried about the double minded person or the lukewarm believer. They are no threat to him. He is threatened by the sinner who is now saved and trusts and believes in Jesus Christ with a whole heart. He comes after the anointed children of God. His job is to stop the fire of God from exploding and erupting in the children saved by the blood of Jesus before revival breaks forth across the land. However, there is no way anyone or any power of darkness can stop the Holy Ghost Fire. Man has been trying to put out the fire for many years only to find themselves defeated and miserable. It is going to take the fire of God to move our countries in the direction God needs them to go. Without the fire of God, we can expect this battle here on Earth to be as good as over. There's no time to give up in this wilderness and get a hard heart about the way it is looking. It's time for battle in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you. Amen
