Among the people

"But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction" (‭II Peter‬ ‭2‬:‭1‬ NKJV). It is not time to walk away from Jesus Christ. It is not the time to give in to the temptations that surround us. It is the time to stand up under the authority in Jesus Christ and to raise our voices to the One True God. There are many that are questioning the Word of God. There are false doctrines and strong delusions out there in the world, and they have many believers, even the elect of God, questioning the very Word of God during this late hour. Some have come from the church and others have let go of their faith in Christ in exchange for the world, in order to heed to this watered-down doctrine. Jesus speaks to us in His Word, warning everyone of us not to be deceived. The Apostle Paul and Peter also warned us, along with all the others within the Bible, saying that there will come a time when false prophets will arise throughout the land teaching a false religion. If one is not preaching or teaching Jesus Christ and Him crucified, His blood that cleanses and washes our sin away, then what are they preaching? The Gospel of Christ is Jesus Christ. It is not prosperity. It is not about receiving blessings, but it is about living a life free in Jesus Christ. Jesus came to set us free from all sin. He broke the demonic powers and overcame them at Calvary. By our faith in Christ Jesus, we are redeemed and reconciled through His blood back to God the Father in Heaven.
