There is a Battle going on

There's a battle in the air. This battle isn't men against  men, but darkness against Light.  The devil is trying his hardest today to distract the church from the Love of God.  Confusion is all over. The devil has worked to confuse right and  wrong, light and darkness, and good and bad. You and I are in the middle of this war, and it is a war for our souls. John 10:10. "The thief comes only in order to steal, kill, and destroy. I come that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)."  The only way the devil can get a foot hold on you and I is if we give him reason to do so. We have to be careful. He is a thief, and he'll take something so pure and pervert it. The Word of God says to "Watch, be on your guard and cautious at all times." The devil is out there to kill, and many today are blind to his tricks. Drugs, alcohol, and pornography have taken over, which only confuses the mind. This makes one weaker, addicted, and spiritually dead to Christ. The devil is here to spread destruction, and he would love to see all destroyed. Stand firm in your faith today. Be unmoveable and determined, that the devil will not steal, kill, and destroy you. We have Christ!  Believe! Jesus said "I come to bring Life and an Abundance of it." The battle has been won at the Cross of Christ. Give the Lord Praise today for Victory in your life.

Bought With a Price

1 Cor.6:19-20.  "For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." Each of us were bought with a price, and the price was the shed Blood of Christ at Calvary.  We are God's property and not the devil's. How beautiful is that? God looks down from Heaven. He must see something great in us all that He would purchase all humanity with the Blood from His own Son, Jesus. Don't take it lightly that you have been bought by the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. We are the Childern of The Most High. Glorify God in your body. Let's do all we can to keep it from sin and darkness. Put on the mind of Christ, get into the Living Word of God, and do all things that please Him. This body is now the home, Temple, for the Holy Spirit. It is to show this world that there is a God who Rules over all and the Power of God's Great Love for all. How much love was shown from our Jesus that He would want to die for you and I. He must have seen something beautiful in us that He would purchase us, saved us, and to keep the hands of the devil from getting to us. We are not our own. We have been bought and paid for by The Blood of Christ. Give Him Praise.

God's Word

2 Tim. 3:14-17. The Holy Bible is the very Word of God, it contains the only teaching that leads to life. The Word of God should be every thing to us, and we must take it very serious. There are people in this world that would do anything to get a hold of this Holy Word, and if they would get caught with it they would either go to jail or be killed. This Word of God is a threat to the devil and many countries around this world. The Holy Word of God brings life and abundance of it, and the devil is trying to stop it from reaching all humanity.  I once walked in darkness, not knowing how powerful Jesus truly was, I was blind. I heard about Him, but yet did not believe in every thing. I didn't know how to surrender to Him. One day I walked into a little church while worship was going on. I didn't know what I was walking into, when all of a sudden the  Holy Spirit touched me, and grabbed my heart. I begin to cry, and I couldn't stop. Peace surrounded me, and the love of the people also. This was my day, a day of freedom from all sin, but just as quick as freedom came, I fall back into sin. I battled with myself for two more years until I lost every thing I had in this life. I had nothing to hold on to, it was all gone.  I had a Holy Bible on my table, and I opened it up and begin to read it.  I cried out that night, " God if you're real as this book says then please save me from this darkness." The Word of God saved me that night and many other times after that. Now I know what it is to be free from all sin, and it's right in this Holy Word from God. Just what Paul says to Timothy, "the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise unto Salvation through Faith which is in Jesus Christ." Don't let go of this Word from God, but hold on to it in your very heart. Cry out and Pray for them who are predestined for Righteousness.

His our Rewarder

A man who sat on the roadside was blind and begging. Mark 10:46-52. "And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, 'Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.'"  This blind man could not see but when the people made their way closer to where he sat begging, he  heard the name Jesus. There was no doubt, nor fear, and he had prayed for this very moment, the Healer was coming. He began to cry out "Jesus, Thou Son Of David, have mercy on me", over and over again. Some charged him to shut up, but he cried out even more. This man was done with this blindness and ready to receive his sight, he was desperate. No one was about to stop him from getting the blessing. I have never been blind, and I cannot imagine what it would be like. Here in our ministry I have seen the eyes of the blind opened, the lame walk, deaf hear, and even the devil run out from souls. When people come together in Faith and begin to cry out for Jesus, He will come. It is our Faith that gets Christ's attention. Heb 11:6. "But without Faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him." This world is sick, blind,  lost, and in need of the Great Healer. Are we done begging the world for miracles and healing? Let's seek God in faith and begin to pray for Revival in this world. Cry out "Jesus, Son of David have mercy on us." Remember He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him in faith.

Walk in faith

Rom.10:17. "So then Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God." Faith is powerful when we as believers put it to work. Faith gets God's attention, moves His hands, and stops the devil from stealing, killing, and destroying Gods people.  In these last days the enemy is trying to destroy the faith of the children of God, but we have to fight for our faith like never before. The devil likes to get very personal with us if we let him by taking away our faith, and by adding  fear to the problems that surround us. He puts thoughts in our minds. We begin to question where God is, and wonder if can't He see what's going on around us. Many times we give in to this fear and try to take care of the problem on are own. When we do this we find ourselves alone, empty, and with no faith. The problem is we need to hear and trust in the Word of God. His very Word builds faith, moves mountains, and pushes the devil back and his problems out of the way.  Jude 3. Says "contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints." The Church in the last days are going to be found fighting for their faith, praying, and keeping the fire of God burning in the Church house. Pray in faith today. Let the world know that there is still a faith that can transform loved ones, save the lost, and defeat the devil.

Nothing but the Blood

What can wash away our sin? What can make us whole again? Nothing but the Blood of Jesus. The Blood of Jesus washes us clean. It makes us whole with Him once again. Rom. 3:23-25. "For all have sinned, and come short of the Glory of God." This is you and I. We all have fallen short of His Honor and Glory, but by having faith in His Blood we are all justified and made upright and in right standing with God, clean from all sins. We as sinners don't deserve such Grace, His unmerited favor and Mercy. Many times we find ourselves running or hiding from God, helpless, dark, and ashamed of some sin. Nothing but the Blood can wash us and cleanse us. Many times I have felt so far from the Lord because of the sin in my life. Many times I  myself fought sin, trying to get rid of it by myself, but only found myself lost, broken, and further away from Christ. It's only by the Blood of Jesus, the life-giving sacrifice, that we can be set free from all sin in our lives. Eph. 1:7. "In Him we have redemption (deliverance and salvation) through His Blood, the remission (forgiveness) of our offenses (shortcomings and trespasses), according to the riches of His Grace." We can't help ourselves. As much as I have tried,  I could never win the battle over sin. Just have faith in The Blood of Jesus. God seen and knew the only way to live a victorious life was by the Blood of Jesus Christ. Win the battle in your lives by trusting in the Blood of Christ. Pray to God, and ask Him to wash you with the Blood of Jesus.

Love

The Greatest weapon in the Church today is Love. Our Lord shows  His Love for us from the beginning of Bible to the end. There's no room for darkness in Love. Love defeats all darkness, it oversees all wrongs, and it heals our very needs. Love holds people together, and nothing can break True Love. God is Love, and He gives this Love of His to all upon this earth. 1 John 4:7. "Beloved, let us Love one another: for Love is of God; and every one who Loves is born of God, For God is Love." This is His nature, and His Love covers a multitude of sin, oversees our faults. The devil hates this Love of God. He at one time felt God's Love and knew the power of it. Ever since the beginning of man satan has tried to hide, delude, and pervert this great Love of the Father for God's children. Today God's Love is very rare among us. Not much love is shown, and man has imitated God's Love by  corrupting it for their own lusts and greediness.  People are dying due to a loveless world. Hatred has taken over in many parts of this world. Fighting, killing, and murder floods every country. Kids are being abused, molested,  and sold as slaves to men for sex. We have to get ahold of God's Love once again.  The Love of God can break all this evil and set people free, Whosoever Believes.  John 3:16. "For God so Loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have Everlasting Life." John 13:34-35. "A new Commandment I give unto you, That you Love one another; as I have Loved you, that you also Love one another." Let us all do as commanded and Love one another. In doing so we will see our world begin to be transformed from darkness into light. Pray that we see and feel God's love move in this world today.

The Lamb of God

John 1:29. The next day John sees Jesus coming unto him, and said, "Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world."  John the baptist was waiting for this day to come, when he would see the Lamb of God, the One Prefect Sacrifice who came to die, and take away the sin for all humanity. Sin has always run wild among the earth ever since Adam and Eve's time. The more a person practices sin and lives in it, the further he or she gets from God. We as Christians have to understand that when we fall or desire sin  we give back dominion and authority to the enemy. When I play a game I'll do all I  can to win. I'll put all my strength, heart, and soul into it. I don't play to lose. Oh how good it feels when I win the game, but it doesn't feel too good when I lose. When I do lose I don't give up. I  must try harder and find out what my weaknesses are because next time I will be on guard, and ready to give it all. I have to win. God the Father sees from heaven above how many times we try to fight off sin, but only find ourselves defeated. He saw how the blood of an animal could only cover sin, and not take it away, but Jesus came with Love  from a Father, tired of seeing you and I struggle with sin, and became the Lamb of God who took away the sin of the world. His blood cleanses us from sin, and His Cross defeated the devil. The victory of the cross gave all  who believe in Jesus Christ dominion and authority over all sin and darkness. If sin has you defeated take a stand against it, get up, shake it off, repent, and confess your sins to God. 1 John 1:9. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."  Your on the winning team, and this team will never lose.  Believe and have faith in The Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. Give Him thanks today.

Great is His Love

Psalm 136:1-26. "O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever." It's so beautiful to know Jesus, to get close to Him and the Father. Goodness and Love is what we find at His feet, and the sweet fragrance of  Grace and Mercy that lasts forever. He leads our very steps through this wilderness of life's trials. He strikes down the enemy that gets to close to His children, whom He loves and cares for. There's no greater love in this world than this Love, which is from the Father above. Who protects us, rescues us, and fights for us. He does this to show and prove His Love to us. God sets men and women free from all the chains of darkness because He is love, and His love never fails. God looks past all our failures, and puts His eyes on our hearts, and begins to fix what might be broken. Great is this Love from a Father who wants to walk with us, love on us, and wants to be a part of our lives. He chose us to be with Him for eternity, in His presence forever from this day on. How beautiful and real is this True Love from the Only True God! O give thanks to the God of Heaven, for His mercy and loving-kindness endures forever.

Only by the Cross

Do you find yourself struggling with things of the past, sin, or feelings. Remember we can't live for Jesus by our own strength or willpower. It takes faith in Christ Jesus, and our whole being surrendered to Him. Just as Jesus gave up His own will in the garden of Gethsemane, (Luke 22:42. Saying, "Father, if You be willing, remove this cup: nevertheless not My will, but Thine be done"). This is a price of surrender, to live for Christ is to die to self.  If self doesn't die we will struggle to do what is right in the sight of God. This will go on as long as we let self, flesh, exist. Rom 7:7-25. Paul shows us the struggle against sin, v:15. "I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate." Have you ever been at this point in your walk with Christ? I believe all Christians have. Unfortunately, most of the church today battles with this, and find themselves unable to stop doing what they don't want to do. v:17: "So now it is no longer I who does it, but sin that dwells within me." Nothing good dwells in us, in our flesh. We must put our faith in the Cross of Christ, and not our willpower, but His Power. The more we put faith in the Cross and our faith remains in the Cross, the sin nature will be dormant, which then causes us no problem with the flesh. Though this sin nature still dwells in us, It Does Not Rule Us. Thank God for Jesus Christ our Lord, who made us a path to victory and deliverance. He took on the path to Calvary, dying to His own will, that we might be free from sin and death, and have eternal life with Him. Thank God today. Praise Him.

He sees the Heart

Today on my way to work, I was behind a city bus and on its advertisement plaque were the words "Depressed call hot line number". This caused me to think about how many people in America, or even around this world, that are living in depression. I was once trapped in depression, and it isn't very easy to come out of it. Years ago, before I met Jesus, I was driving drunk and hit into my Mother and her husband from behind, and my Mom died. I didn't know what had happened until I inquired of the doctor. I asked, "How is my mom?He replied, "You killed her son". Depression and its friend suicide took over my life. I just wanted to hide from my brothers and sister, and die. Let me tell you, Satan sure did try to take my life, and not only mine, but my siblings' also. It wasn't until years later that I found myself lost, empty, and with nothing to call my own. I lost everything, a marriage, home, and job, all due to depression and feeling sorry for myself. It took me all that pain and loss to realize that I am helpless in this world, and that life is too short to live in self pity. I have found Jesus, and He loves me so much. He didn't condemn me for what I did, but He opened His arms and ran to me. Just like we read in Luke 15:11-32. It speaks about The Prodigal Son, v:32. "It was fitting to celebrate and be glad, for this brother of yours was dead, and is alive, he was lost, and is found." We don't need to live our lives in depression and in hopelessness. Jesus is waiting for us when we make up our minds. We don't need to call some number, just cry out to Him.  He came to save the world, not to condemn it. Give the Lord Praise today.

No Fear

Matt. 10:1-28. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul, but rather be afraid of Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. What then can man do to you but only take your body, but it is the Lord who takes our souls. Jesus instructs His disciples to go preach to the lost, saying The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. He said Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons, and freely give. This is powerful. This is the Ministry of God, the Body of Christ, and the Church. When Satan hears or sees a people moving and working in such faith, he'll try his hardest to hinder it and stop it. Satan recognizes faith in the Power of the Holy Spirit, and the liberty it brings; so expect him to be around the corner ready to trap you, tempt you, and fight you. Jesus said "Be on guard against men, I am sending you out like sheep in the midst of wolves." Many Christians around the world today are being persecuted and even martyred for the Truth, Christ Jesus. Hatred for Jesus is spreading fast, and it is  no different then when Christ walked the earth.  Very few stand for the Truth anymore because they want to be accepted, liked by the world. Where there is compromise there is no power from God.  v:22. And you will be hated by all for My name's sake, but he who perseveres and endures to the end will be saved. Never quit nor give up, fear not what man can do, but fear God who can do all. Give Him Praise.

God the Father

God is the Father to the Fatherless. In today's society  marriage is something of the past, and this younger generation doesn't want anything to do with it. It's all about shacking-up and not commitment, and to get what self wants and leave it. The devil has a lot to do with this. He is taking over the house, by getting the fathers, the priest of the house, out of the way, and abusing mothers  with fear and doubt. Leaving her with both responsibilities as the father (discipline) and the Mother (compassion). And the children are being filled, with fear, anger, and  longing to be loved and accepted. Satan has been breaking up families from the beginning with Adam and Eve, through Cain and Able. If he gets the house he gets it all, husband, wife, and children. I came from a broken family, and it wasn't easy growing up without a father. Many times I saw my mother crying, hurt, and over worked. And there were times I wished I could have helped her. This not only brings pain to the parent, but also to the kids. Psalm 10:14 You are the helper of the fatherless. I wish I knew this years ago. He is our Helper and our Defender. Psalms 68:5. A Father to the fatherless and a judge and protector of the widows is God in His Holy Habitation. Our Lord protects us and helps us. He does this for all of you who are fatherless or motherless. Stand on this promise from God. There is no need to get abused, hurt, or stained with fear anymore. We have a Father who cares and Loves us dearly. Praise Him our Father above.

The Great Commission

There is so much suffering in this world today. It's as a spiritual famine that has come in and taken over. Families and children in many countries are sick, hungry, and living in poverty. Here in America the biggest problems are not so much hunger, but drugs and alcohol. So many young and old people are bound. It has filled our homes, schools, and streets.  It doesn't look like it's going away or getting any better soon. Our children are the ones who are going to reap what we as adults sow into today. They will pay the price for our ignorance and stubbornness.  Many souls are dying spiritually and physically. It is our responsibility as the Body of Christ, the Church, to help them; and to reach out to the many that are in bondage to drugs, alcohol, or are sick and hungry. The Great Commission is Jesus said go ye into ALL the World: Mark 16:15-18; And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he who believes not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them who believe; In My Name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. This is what we are commanded to do. We must go into this hopeless, fatherless, homeless, lifeless world and proclaim Freedom in the Name of Jesus Christ. Times are bad and many are sick and lost. We need the Great Physician. Pray against the darkness, and stand as Believers.

My Strength

The Lord is my strength at all times. King David knew the love of the Father, and how God's power protected him in his most desperate times. Many times we as believers will face the enemy face to face, and how many of you know Satan has no respect for anyone. If anyone is desperate, it is Satan. He will use anyone or anything to stand and fight against God's children. Psalm 18:1-6. I Love You fervently and devotedly, O Lord, my Strength. The Lord is my Rock, my Fortress, and Deliverer; my God, my keen and firm Strength in Whom I will trust and take refuge, my Shield, and Horn of salvation, my High Tower. I call upon the Lord, Who is to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies. To know God's strength is to love Him. David sure did love God. He was a man after God's own heart. He trusted in God when death surrounded him, and when darkness and ungodliness terrified him. He looked past all that confronted him, to The One True God. He understood God's strength, and how He protects them who love and call on the Name of the Lord. Is the enemy surrounding you today? Do you feel oppressed, maybe confused, afraid, or just done fighting in your own strength? Sound the Horn of Salvation! Take Refuge in God's Love, and begin to Praise Him. He is Our Rock, Fortress, and Deliverer. And see how He will save you from your enemy. Call upon the Lord, Who is to be Praised!

Our Direction

God is so good that He would give us His very Word, to read, know, and hold on to. What would life be like to live without instructions? Think about it, how much chaos there would be without instructions. It's hard enough to try to put something together without something to follow, or trying to get somewhere without a map. It would be some what rough to even live our daily lives without instructions. God is so rich in His Mercy and Grace that He left us with a Powerful Book, filled with instructions and directions to every path life might take us on. It keeps them who follow the instructions on the path to right living with God, and out of the snares of darkness. Psalm 119:105: Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a Light to my path. We are helpless without this Word. It is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. This very Word is a treasure waiting to be opened, looked through, and applied to our very hearts. It is full of skillful and godly Wisdom. Prov. 2:4-5: If you seek her (wisdom) as silver, and search for her (wisdom) as for hidden treasures; Then shall you understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God. Search for this wisdom, and you will find yourself on a path made by God, filled with instructions and direction for right living. Stop going in circles, follow the Word of God, and see your life prosper in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray that God shows you direction.

Lust is in the Air

Lust is in the air. And young people are running to it, and getting all that comes from it. We live in immoral times. Young people are filling themselves with darkness, and the devil is doing all that he can to keep this generation from seeing the True Light. Rev 12:9  Satan is called the seducer (deceiver) of all humanity and over the world. In today's world, young men and women are caught in a battle for their souls, and most don't realize how serious this battle is. Satan has pulled out his very best weapons in these last days, because he knows his time is short. Lust is one of his most powerful weapons today. People lust for just about anything, for money, drugs, sex, and even themselves. What is lust? It is an overwhelming desire or craving. Here in America lust is running full blast through music, movies, video games, magazines and even on cartoons; it's everywhere.     1 Cor. 6:9-11. Speaks of them who will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God. Paul writes: Don't be Deceived or Misled; neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality, nor cheats, nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners and robbers will inherit the kingdom of God. Maybe you or someone you know is among this list. Remember God has given us the Power to over come these powers (Luke 10:19),and through the Blood of Christ Jesus we are washed clean. 2 Tim 2:22: So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace; along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. Run from your lusts, and walk in the Holy Spirit. It's your choice to lust or not, but be careful not to be deceived, the devil is upset.  Remember you have a Big God who loves you so much. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He's our help. Pray for your loved ones that God will set them free from the love of this world.

Crucified

Gal. 5:24: And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Jesus hung and died on the Cross to purchase our freedom from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. All darkness was defeated by the Cross, and by His Blood all sin is washed away. As believers let's grab ahold of this freedom and proclaim it to the world, there's Power in the Blood. Let's stand firm in this freedom and not to take it for granted. Believe what Christ has done that all may be redeemed to the Father. But many times we battle with self, the old nature, them burning passions from with in. How and when do they stop? As long as we live in this body our flesh will arise now and then.  Don't give liberty to the flesh, starve it, don't feed it with the world's pleasures and sinful desires. Rom 6:6: We know that our old self was crucified (nailed to the cross) with Him, in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, be ineffective and inactive for evil, that we might no longer be the slaves of sin.  Christ's death  ended the relation to sin once and for all. And the life He lives, He is living to God in unbroken fellowship with Him. v:11 Even consider yourselves also dead to sin and your relation to it broken, but alive to God in unbroken fellowship with Him in Christ Jesus. Seek to live a life in fellowship with God daily, His will not ours. Praise Him today to move in your life mightily.

Hidden Sin

Hidden Sin. Joshua 6:18. But you, keep yourselves from the accursed and devoted things, lest when you have devoted it (to destruction), you take of the accursed thing, and so make the camp of Israel accursed and trouble it. The Lord told the Israelites when the walls of Jericho come down don't take anything from within, but it's to be devoted to the Lord. We also read about how God's grace saved Rahab, the Harlot, and her house, who lived in the wall of the city. Joshua 7:1. But the Israelites committed a trespass in regard to the devoted things. Let's look at our lives. Do we have something hidden that the Lord has told us to not take or do. Maybe a pornography magazine, moves, drugs, or some old habit. This all starts at the heart.  Many of us hear the Word of God, but struggle to follow it. Achan and his sons heard God's instructions, but did not follow them. They took some of the things devoted to the Lord; they stole, lied, and hid it in their tent. All this brought defeat (accurse) to the entire camp of the Israelites. Maybe you're trying to hide something from the Lord. He sees all, and is here to help and guide us. However, if we want to have victory in this world over the devil, we have to get rid of that which is meant for destruction. It starts at our very hearts. Look God's grace saved Rahab, the Harlot. She hid nothing from God, her heart was open to the Lord, and nothing hidden. God sent The Holy Spirit to the Believer as our strength, guide, teacher, and comforter. He is our Helper in time of need. Walk in the Spirit and you will not gratify the flesh. John 14:18 I will not leave you as orphans (helpless); I will come back to you. Cry out to Jesus, seek His face, and He will help.

Be Strong and of a good Courage

Joshua 1:1- 9 "Be strong and of a good courage." These were the Words of the Lord to Joshua, before the Israelites went over the Jordan river to possess the Promised land. Joshua was a man that had a servant's heart, and was obedient to the Lord and His Words, to the very end. He saw all the miracles God performed in Egypt and in the wilderness, and how God took care of His children, all the way up to the Jordan. 40 years in the wilderness will make one comfortable with many fears and excuses of going and facing something new, but not Joshua. He know what would have to be faced. The many enemies and strongholds that would have to be destroyed, all the fighting along the way,  and not once did He look back to the wilderness. This man kept his eyes on The Lord. He believed the very Word of God: v:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not fail you, nor forsake you. What stops us from receiving the  blessings of the Father. The answer is fear, self, doubt, and unbelief. The Lord says to be strong and very courageous, to adhere to the Word of God, meditate on it day and night, and to be doers of the Word, not just listeners. Fear is a stronghold that keeps Christians from entering the promises of God. The Lord  mentions "Courage and Be Strong" three times, because it takes both Courage and Strength to stand and face what the Lord has set before us. Your ways shall be prosperous when you begin to Believe in, and trust in the Word of God. v:9 Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord your God is with you wheresoever you go. Praise the Lord!

Seek His Face

2 Chron. 7:14  If My people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and heal their land. The world we live in is very sick, hurt, and corrupted. Ungodliness is running rapid across every nation. Young men and women are lost to selfishness, lovers of their own selves,  and are in love with pleasures more than God. The answer is Prayer!  Get into that prayer closet, shut and lock the door, and seek the Face of God. We must Humble ourselves, seek His Face, and get into the very presence of our Great God. God will make it clear of what is acceptable unto Him and what isn't. So, in that very  closet He will find some stuff that needs to be thrown away. Stuff like thoughts of wickedness, lusts, unforgiveness, rebellion, and etc. The way to find out what is not acceptable to the Lord is by humbling ourselves, seeking His face, and praying. He says to turn from our wicked ways. He sees the need of Repentance from our very hearts. Some of us still might be holding and hiding sin. Luke 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Let's dust ourselves off from the former condition of our wickedness, and seek the Face of The Lord. Col. 3:1  If you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the Right Hand of God. Then He will hear from Heaven, and will forgive our sin, and will heal our land, homes, and family. Nothing is impossible to our God above. Pray!

Victory in Praise

Praising the Lord brings victory. Praise the Lord day and night, and see His mighty hand move powerfully. When things are looking a little to tough or rough around you, just begin to praise the Lord. When you don't know whether you're coming or going and your mind feels out of control, praise The Lord. When the enemy has come against you from all sides, the only way out is to Praise the Lord, just stop and cry out to Jesus. Psalms 89:18 For the Lord is our defense, and the Holy One of Israel is our King ( the Lord Jesus Christ). 2 Chron. 20. Moab and the Ammonites come to battle against Jehoshaphat, and He feared them because of their great multitude.  He set Himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. He got every one from all around, even out of the city, to pray, fast, and seek the Lord. To many of us try to fight the battle on our own terms, and we lose. When we Fight on the Lord's terms we will win. We have to trust in Christ, Who already has won the battle at the Cross. v.17 You shall not need to fight in this battle. Set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the Salvation of the Lord with you. Believe in the  Lord your God, and this takes faith in Him and faith in His Word. v:21 The Lord appointed singers to go out before the army, and begin to praise and worship with what faith they had.  When they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set an ambush against the enemy and they were destroyed. Isn't God so good! When we decide to seek His face, fast, and pray; He is quick to come and save.  It isn't on our terms, but on His. Find time to seek the Lord, and believe me, He will find time for you.

Holy Spirit Fire

One accord in the Lord Jesus Christ. I would love to see the Holy Spirit move as it did on Pentecost, in the Book of Acts chapter 2.  He moved so powerful that 3,000 people got saved in one service. We need the Power of the Holy Spirit to move once again; too many teens, loved ones, and countries are lost. Many have given up, stopped seeking, and praying for the Holy Spirit. It's not the time to stop or give up. We need to stand and fight for the truth, Our Lord, Our Savor, and Our Freedom. They were all with one accord and in one place, the upper room. How powerful that must have been to hear the sound from Heaven come rushing in like a mighty wind. They knew it was from Heaven because this never happened before. This rushing Wind filled all the house where they were sitting. And they were all, not just a few, but all filled with the Holy Spirit; and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. This had been predicted by the Prophet Isaiah (ISA.28:12), and by Christ (Mk.16:17; Jn.15:26; 16:13). Then why has it stopped in many parts of this world, and in the church house if it has been predicted, even by Jesus Christ. This was the beginning of the First Church. The only True Way the first church made it through suffering, persecution, and even death,  was by the Power of the Holy Spirit, not some feel good message. Only the Holy Spirit can bring victory and freedom to a lost world. Where is Penecost today, true repentance,  people being set free from sin, and the healing hand of God? People we must pray that the Holy Spirit moves in us and in the church. Times are dark and only getting darker.

Victory in Prayer

There's a lot of changes going on in this world, and it isn't getting better. The devil is doing all he can to keep it this way. He doesn't want the Church to stand in victory. He is here to lie and lead many away from the Church.  In the process of his schemes, many get taken by him. They play the religious part in the House of God, they do not have a real relationship with Christ, and soon are back in chains of sin and death. In the book of Nehemiah, we read about how the enemy came to Jerusalem, broke down the wall, destroyed the gates with fire, and also took many as prisoners or slaves. Wouldn't the enemy just love to come and take you out, bring you back into bondage, and be the ruler over your soul? Nehemiah heard about what had happen in Jerusalem, and he sat down, wept, and mourned for days. He fasted and prayed before the God of Heaven, and the Lord heard his prayers. Does it grieve you to see your loved ones in chains, living in darkness, and maybe that's all they know? But the true believer knows a God that hears a prayer from the Heart. Look around this world, all you see on the news and hear about is "Death" and "slavery". It is every were, and nothing good. I am speaking spiritually. The enemy of our souls has come into our walls, taking many slaves, and binds them to the dark things of this world. Where is the sound of the prayers of the Saints, the Church? This should grieve us to see all this taking place in our homes, streets, towns, cities, and countries. Church, we need to labor,  build our walls, and fix the gates on our knees with prayer and fasting, before The One True God

Face that Giant

Do you have a giant in front of you? I am talking about something or more than one thing that might be keeping you from exceeding as a Christian in life. If so, let's look at it as a giant. Let's name some of these giants, depression, unforgivness, doubt,self- abuse, lust, drugs, alcohol, pornography, unbelief, hate, anger, or selfishness. These are just a few, and they  keep many, if not most people, from receiving the fullness of Christ Jesus. Why is it so hard to surrender to the Lord all the way? What stops us? Spiritual giants! There is a spirit behind many things in this world. For example, why would a man drink himself to death? What would lead a person to rape, or another to murder? Eph. 6:10-20 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. This refers to demon spirits.  1 Sam 17. Speaks of a giant called Goliath, a champion out of the camp of the Philistines. This giant was over 9 feet tall. He had six pieces of armor counting the weapons.  He would show himself every morning and evening for forty days, shouting to the Israelites to come and fight, but they were dismayed and greatly afraid. There is no way people in the natural can fight these giants by their own strength or will. We can't defeat these terrible powers of darkness alone. But young David stood up and defeated Goliath with one stone to the head, the very place the giant takes ground. v:32 Let no man's heart fail because of him. David didn't do it man's way. He didn't need man's armor, but He put on The Whole Armor of God and went down to that valley. He told the giant, "You come to me with a sword,  with a spear, and shield, but I come to you in the Name of the Lord of Hosts." What is the giant coming to you with, what is his weapon that brings defeat to your soul? Face the enemy, and put on the mind of Christ. The battle is the Lord's. We come in the Name of the Lord of Hosts. Pray.

The True Altar

2 Kings 16:10-18  King Ahaz was not satisfied with the great altar of God that was in front of the Temple of Jerusalem, the very altar the Lord had designed, which was a type of Calvary. He had Urijah the priest fashion an altar that was in Damascus: 2 Chron. 28:23 And he sacrificed unto the gods of Damascus, which smote him.  He said, because the god of the kings of Syria helped them, therefore will I sacrifice to them, that they may help me. But they were the ruin of him, and of all Israel. Victory only comes from the one True Altar, and it was on the hill called Golgotha where the one and only Perfect Sacrifice hung, Jesus Christ.  Many churches in America are taking down the Cross of Christ in their sanctuaries. It offends people today, so the church takes them down to make the people feel comfortable. Who said that Christianity was comfortable. It wasn't that way when the church first begun in the book of Acts. Many were persecuted and martyred for that Cross, the one True Altar. We have to open our eyes, and look how the enemy comes into the House of God. King Ahaz made an alliance with the enemy. He made the enemy feel welcome in the House of God by removing God's Holy altar, and putting an altar that would please, not only himself, but also the devil. Come on, let's stop giving the devil more ground! Fight for the One True Sacrifice  who hung on the Cross of Calvary. The Cross of Christ is an offense, but offense or not, that very Cross, where Jesus laid alone, can deliver men from sin. Pray for your Country to get back to the One True Cross.

He is Love

His love is Powerful and everlasting. John 3:16  For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He even gave up His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. God loves us this much, to give His only Son. What can we give in return to show our love to Him? Obedience is a great start. God sees that we are blind and lost to the things of the Spirit, and can't get close to the Him, but only by the Son. He sent His Son that the world might find salvation through Him, to believe, trust in, and LOVE Him. The hardest thing to do these days is to love some one who might have done you wrong, and love is not shown as much as it should be shown.  God is love, all of Him, not just a little, but the whole of Him. Love is the answer to our lives: Rom 5:8 But God shows and clearly proves His own love for us by the fact that while we were still Sinners, Christ died for us. What Powerful love! Why would God love us if we are but sinners, because God is all Love. He sees past all the wrong we do, this is why He sent Jesus. Jesus came to be the perfect sacrifice for all humanity to Reconcile (Reestablish), us the sinner, back to the Father. Col. 1:20  And through Him (the Son) to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the Blood of His Cross. Walk in faith and obedience and see Our God give His love to this dark world. Praise Him for His love.

Our High Priest

Seeing then that we have a Great High Priest, Who has passed into the Heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession (confession of faith in Him). Jesus himself has suffered in being tempted, tested, and tried yet sinned not. He did every thing the Father did, and said every thing the Father told Him to say. Jesus lived a Holy, Blameless life on this earth, proclaiming the Truth to all.  The truth is still moving and living as much today as it did back than. Understand this, that Jesus went through the same sufferings we face today. He's a High Priest that can understand our trials, feelings, and weaknesses. We might be facing a big mountain with a lot of challenges, and temptations, but we serve a Big God. Look to Jesus, strip off and throw aside every heaviness, unnecessary weight, and that sin which clings and entangles us. Let us run the race that is set before us in Jesus Christ. Our Jesus went all the way to death for you and I on the Cross. He makes it clear; Heb 12:1-2 Looking onto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith; Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the Cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the Right Hand of the Throne of God. He is the Author of Eternal Salvation unto them who obey Him,our Perfect Redeemer, because He was the Perfect Sacrifice. Heb 4:16 Let us come boldly unto the Throne of Grace, that we may obtain Mercy, and find Grace to help in time of need. So Run to the Source, the Divine Power, and Boundless Grace in any time of need. Give Him Thanks.

Break Through

Are you in need of a break through? In need of a touch from God? Do you feel tired and worn out? Not sure if God hears your prayers? Continue to stand in the will of God don't be moved, your breakthrough is about to come soon.  The book of Acts: 12  speaks to us about the power of prayer under the Holy Spirit, and the freedom it brings when the church is standing in agreement,  with another. King Herod used by Satan came against the church to afflict, and oppress, and torment some who belonged to the church. And the Bible said it pleased the people. Satan loves to see the Church in torment, oppressed, and afflicted. He wants the believer weak with no fight inside, struggling, and not sure if God is around. It is only by the Power of the Holy Spirit that the believer and Church will survive these last days. There are many in need of the Holy Spirit, and today many are not gathering in the Spirit. Some churches leave it out and don't want it.  They wonder why the oppression is so thick. These churches are not a threat to the enemy. There is no power of God, they are blind, they say we are rich, and  in need of nothing (lukewarm). But the believer and church full of the Holy Spirit who prays, will see and know the power of God's hands moving in these last days. King Herod had James killed by the sword, and it pleased the Jews. So they arrested Peter also, put Him in prison, chained between to soldiers, and was about to kill Him too. However, that very night the Church Prayed fervently, and it was heard in the Heavens. Then an angel of the Lord awakens Peter, his chains fall off, doors open, and Peter walks out as a free man. The power of prayer in the Holy Spirit sets the afflicted, tormented, and oppressed free. Matt 18:20 For wherever two or three are gathered in My name, there I AM in the midst of them. Gather together and Pray.

Abide in Christ

He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad. Matt. 12:30.  Jesus said some very strong words here that speaks to me, I need to get closer to Him. The last thing I need in my life is to be against the One True God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. Jesus also speaks about a kingdom, if divided it will not stand, the very same with our hearts, if they be divided how can one stand? Maybe someone you know is trying to walk with Christ but still looks back to the world longing for the things of it, whether good or bad. This only brings division, a mind on the sea tossed to and fro.  James 1:8 says A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. One can't place their faith in Jesus and in somthing else at the same time. This is where man struggles and division starts, our eyes look to the left and the right and can't stay on Jesus. John 15:6 If a man abides not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. To Abide in Christ is to be one with Him, trust in, rely on, and wait patiently in faith. Faith in Christ is the key to stand with Him. Let's take our eyes off the things that only bring division in our lives and put them back on God. And show this generation the True Love of a Father. Praise the Lord.

Look Around

He carried it for you and I.  I don't know about you, but when I feel Discouraged I don't want it to last forever. I don't like to be down and out.  People sure do notice when we look burdened inside. Maybe it could be family or friends,or something we did; discouragement could come from a lot of things around our daily lives. Today many teenagers have a lot to face, from being accepted by friends or proving themselves to loved ones. This is a very difficult time in life for them, and there are many disappointments and discouragements along the way. Did you know that suicide is the fourth leading cause of death, between the ages of 10 and 14. Teen suicide is a very real issue today in America, and discouragement only leads to depression, feelings of hopelessness, trapped, and alone.  Many young people believe suicide is the only way out from the pressure of life. Look around young and old are driven by the spirit of depression, and it is only going to get worst. Jesus is the only Way out: Psalm 145:14 The Lord upholds all the who fall, and raises up all those who be bowed down. Look at what Jesus also says in Matt. 11:28-30 (v:28)  Come unto Me, all you who labor and are Heavy Laden, and I will give you rest. Maybe you or someone you know feels discouraged or depressed, but remember God. He has the ability and power to help us and to lead us out of it. He said "Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me." In Him we find rest for our souls. Open your heart today and let God in, and Pray for the youth around the world.
