1 Cor. 1:27. God chose what is foolish
1 Cor. 1:27. "But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong."
I was a lost soul in this world. I was talked about and looked down at. I didn't know where I was going in life. I tried just about every avenue this world has, but nothing seemed to work. What a joy it is to be born again, to be loved by the Lord, and to live a fearless life in Jesus Christ. There was a time when I couldn't preach the word of God. I had no idea what the plan was that our Father had for me. However, the more I fasted, prayed, and studied, the more I was able to speak to others openly about the Good News. I had always been the non-talker, but the Lord gives His children the right amount of wisdom and strength to confound the wise of this world. You could not get me to speak in front of any group of people, but the Lord can. He has chosen you and I, the foolish and weak things in this world, to shame the wise and mighty of this world. This can only be done by one putting their total trust in the Cross of Christ. The Cross is the foundation of wisdom and strength. v:31. "Let him who boasts and proudly rejoices and glories, boast and proudly rejoice and glory in the Lord." Give Him Praise today.
