Alive to God

"Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord"(‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭11‬ NKJV). We, the church, have a great responsibility. Our responsibility is to reflect the true Christ Jesus. One can only obtain His Truth through the Holy Spirit living inside of them. It is through the Holy Spirit that one obtains the Truth from our Lord Jesus Christ and is able to stand and live a holy life given through Christ our Lord. To live holy is to live in Jesus Christ, for there is no other way that one can live in Christ. The Holy Spirit must be given access to one's soul, giving the individual authority to live free under the anointing of God. To live for Christ is to die to self, and to die to self is true life for those who live for Christ. The Holy Spirit is willing to bring life, freedom, and holiness to the individual who is willing to deny themselves and pick up their cross daily. The world must see the church under the power of the Holy Spirit once again. It is our responsibility to allow God's presence, His Spirit, to reign once again through and in the church. "Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God" (Vs. 12,13).
