Without ceasing

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" (I Thessalonians 5:16-18 NKJV). Don't get discouraged if your prayers have not come to pass. Rejoice! Give thanks to God, who has heard your prayers. It's up to us to fight for our loved ones. It is up to us to pray and cry out for them in the name of Jesus Christ. Many of them don't know any better. Sin has them bound, caged up. Some are blinded by guilt and shame from their actions. Many are crying out for help. We cannot ignore their cry anymore. As believers, we need to begin to reach them with the fire of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit brings liberty to those who are bound up and lost. The Holy Spirit is God's precious gift to us. We must take the authority given to us and stand with the Holy Spirit against the wicked darkness that has our families blind and lost. It's never too late to fight the good fight of faith. Get alone with the Lord. It is for our sons and daughters. They are in need of salvation. Whether they want to hear it or not, they cannot stop your prayers. Cry out to Jesus Christ. Fight for them with prayer and fasting. Begin to have faith in your prayer. Wait and watch the Lord deliver them in His time. Don't lose hope for there is hope in Jesus Christ. Give God praise.
