Blotting out.
"Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross" (Colossians 2:14 KJV). Jesus took all sin from each and everyone of us. He took every ordinance that stood against us. He nailed it all to the cross, giving us a way to come near God. What man could not do through the blood of goats and bulls, Jesus did once and for all through His blood, making atonement for all humanity. We must draw near to God, and He will draw near to each and everyone of us. It is up to us to draw near to God, to seek Him, and to crave Him as a vital necessity of our lives. When temptation surrounds our hearts, souls, and minds, it is time to seek God and draw near unto Him. Do not let the enemy grab a foothold on you once again. Submit yourself unto God and stand against the enemy, firmly under the anointing and in the power of the Holy Spirit. Then, the devil himself will flee from you. He has no authority over the child of God, by any means. We have been purchased with the very precious blood of Jesus Christ. We are not our own, but we were bought by Jesus Christ. As long as we keep on pressing in through prayer, fasting, and reading the Word of God, we will disrupt the devil's plan. Through this disruption, satan will ever so try to trap us and bombard us, in order to get us relaxed in prayer and Bible study. However, Jesus defeated satan and all darkness at the cross. "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it" (vs. 15). Draw close to God, and He will come close to you. That is His promise. God bless you. Amen
