Remember ye the Words.
"But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts" (Jude 1:17, 18 KJV). The enemy is on the loose in an even greater way than ever before. Our nations are flooded with immorality, perversion, and selfishness. Girls and boys are desiring one another like never before, and many are bound by lust. Homosexuality is screaming through the streets of America as darkness covers cities, neighborhoods, and individuals. We have allowed the gate to be opened. We've put our guard down. There is no more walking or living in holiness, for this generation says, "That was from the past. Who wants to live like that anyways? It's lame and boring." What do we expect? If the elders are not living in the Truth, the young people will also live in deception and in their own desires, and they will chase after the appetites of their own flesh also. Where are the examples in the church today? Where are the faithful ones that will go out and minister unto the lost in the streets and in the neighborhoods? We might not be able to reach them all because many hearts have been hardened and have turned away from knowing and wanting the Truth of our Lord Jesus Christ and what He did at Calvary, but there is one waiting for you and I out there ready to be reached. There is a child, a young man, or a young woman who is in need of some encouragement and in need of our Saviour. Go out today and ask the Lord to send someone right into your path so that you may be a Vessel of Light for Christ in this late and desperate hour. God bless you. Amen

For certain men have crept in.
"For certain men have crept in stealthily [gaining entrance secretly by a side door]. Their doom was predicted long ago, ungodly (impious, profane) persons who pervert the grace (the spiritual blessing and favor) of our God into lawlessness and wantonness and immorality, and disown and deny our sole Master and Lord, Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One)" (Jude 1:4 AMP). Certain men have crept in unaware. They are godless men that are turning the grace of God into lasciviousness. They have taken the grace of God, pulled it out of its' proper place, and have distorted the true meaning of it, using it for their own fleshly desires and wants. This is happening all over. In many church houses, the men of God began chasing after prosperity, money, fortune, and fame. The Holy Spirit conviction is no longer within their hearts. They look for numbers instead of for the lost, hurting, and broken. Their heart's desire has been contaminated. They no longer teach or preach the true meaning of the Gospel of Christ, for it has been exchanged for their own lusts and desires. Many began chasing the things of this world, and they fill their hearts with worldly things rather than with the Holy Spirit. God is trying to get the church's attention in this last hour. He has been speaking to the church lately in a great and mighty way through the signs of the times. Yet, so many cannot see or hear what the Spirit of God is speaking or doing. The Lord says, "Contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints". Guard the Word of God, the Truth, in your hearts. Study The Word of God and make time for God. You will recognize those certain men who have crept in unaware. God bless you. Amen

You have guarded and kept My Word.
"Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of My patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon the earth" (Revelation 3:10 AMP). In this scripture, Jesus is speaking to the church at Philadelphia. He spoke to them about how they have kept the Word of God, how they have endured through the storms, and how they have patiently waited and have done what is right in the sight of our Lord. Jesus said He will open doors that no man can shut and He will shut doors that no man can open. This is so powerful. The Lord has spoken unto us, the Body of Christ. He has promised us that He will take care of us all, all the way till the end. Even when the storms come in and even when all seems and feels like hell is surrounding us, our Savior will never give up on us. Christ Jesus will open the doors to the church house and open the doors to men's hearts to go and proclaim the Gospel to the entire world. He will also shut the doors to the wicked. He will shut the doors of the hearts of those who do not want to hear the Truth of God. If we stand in the Word of God, keep His Word true to our hearts, and hold fast under every strain and pull of this religious age, He will keep us from the hour of temptation which will come upon all the world. For Christ says, "I will come quick". So, hold fast to the faith and let no man take your crown or deceive you from the faith. God bless you. Amen.

Seek and save that which was lost.
"For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10 KJV). The name of the Denver Rescue Mission is Jesus Saves. This is where hundreds of people go in day and night, homeless, hungry, and lost. Yet, like any other safe place, right outside the doorways and windows lies the devil himself with his evil spirits tearing down those who have already lost everything they possibly owned. Drugs, alcohol, and hopelessness sits day and night across the street from a place that shelters many individuals. There are so many lost souls down there. There are so many young and old people bound by the past and broken by many hurts that have struck them in their lives. The enemy is taking them even further away from the True Light, and he is trying to keep them all in his darkness. How many other places are there across this world that are just like this one? A place where the homeless and the lost souls are beaten by the devil on a daily basis. The devil doesn't care about anyone. The devil will keep sending his demon spirits to pull down the souls even more than they already are. How many more places are like this one? Jesus does save. He has saved many hundreds, thousands, and even millions out of that miry clay, but each time there was someone praying, someone crying out, or someone doing something about it. He has saved our souls from being beat down and played with by the devil. He has saved many from death and eternal misery. He still is saving. Where are the soldiers in the army of the Lord in this last hour? Where are the laborers of the harvest? Many are dying. This is not a time to get comfortable in the house of God. He's calling us, you and I, to stand in the gap day and night for the lost sinner outside our own doors. God bless you. Amen

Giving thanks unto the Father.
"Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins" (Colossians 1:12-14 KJV). Jesus loves the sinner, and He demonstrates this great love each and every day when one is set free from bondage, addictions, and hell. Jesus took the beating, spit from the enemy, stones to the head, and the words from many that said crucify Him. He went to Calvary alone and full of blood, bearing the cross for you and I, so that we may have life and an abundance of it. They pierced His hands, feet, and brow. This was a slave's death. It was a lawbreakers' way of dying in brutal humiliation. Many that surrounded Him as Christ Jesus hung on the cross, laughed and mocked Him saying "if you are who you say you are then save yourself". Yet, through all of this, with the love of God the Father upon His entire heart, He allowed Himself to be that great sacrifice that would redeem all mankind back to God the Father, and He put every principality of darkness under His feet. God the Father has so much love for His creation that He sent His prized possession, His dear Son, to die and take upon Himself the punishment that was due for man. Every chain, every bondage, every wickedness, and every evil was triumphed by the cross of Calvary. Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith. We must continue looking to Him in these last hours and putting our whole faith in our Savior. God bless you. Amen

Destroy All.
"Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass" (1 Samuel 15:3 KJV). Saul was commanded by the Lord to destroy all the Amalekites, everyone and every living thing among them, but he decided to keep the best. This has been the problem with many in the church today. God has commanded us to get rid of sin, the things that keep us from truly serving Him with a whole heart, but many refuse to. The modern church in the Western Hemisphere refuses to do what God has said, and it continues to hide and cling to the root of sin. Just as Saul kept the root of the Amalekites, the king, we have also hidden the best. What we have hidden and kept alive, even when God has commanded us to get rid of it, will soon, if not already, become king over our lives. We become slaves to it. Stop hiding and deceiving yourself. It is time we get rid of the sin and wickedness from among us and stand up as strong soldiers in the Lord Jesus Christ. God bless you. Amen.

If ye love me.
"If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray to the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever" (John 14:15, 16 KJV). We are in need of more of the Great Comforter, the Holy Spirit. Jesus has sent us the very presence of His Spirit down here to Earth, that He may guide us, teach us, and lead us into a pure and holy life. The Holy Spirit is not to be taken for granted or lightly, but its' purpose is to love and to be a witness for Christ Jesus inside each and everyone of us who believes. When the Holy Spirit came down on the day of Pentecost, 120 people in the upper room were transformed by its' fire, renewed through the fire, and were instantly ready to go and be witnesses for Jesus Christ unto the world. The Holy Spirit brings power. It brings so much power that it breaks the chains of bondage and sets the captives free from the sin, addictions, and demonic possession, and it begins to renew the heart of the very individual that it touches. The Holy Spirit is the true presence of God, and the Holy Spirit is as close as we will get to the Lord's presence here on earth. God moves through and by the Holy Spirit, but so many people have shied away from the Spirit of God. So many people try to find other ways to gain victory, but life comes only through the Holy Spirit. "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). We are only helpless and hopeless when we do not have the life of the Holy Spirit living within us. He's our guide, our teacher, our intercessor, our helper, and our standby at all times. God bless you. Amen

The Resurrection and the Life.
"Jesus said to her, I am [Myself] the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on) Me, although he may die, yet he shall live" (John 11:25 AMP). Jesus told them to roll away the stone. Then, He praised and thanked God. Finally, He called out for Lazarus to come forth. When Jesus commands something, it will be done. For example, when He commands the storms or the raging waves to calm, they will calm. When the demon possessed and the blind are put in front of His authority, the authority that comes from God the Father, people are set free and are able to see. So many people doubt the works of our Savior just as they doubted when Jesus walked on the earth. Some people, even His own disciples, questioned His authority and power. However, Jesus was about to do the most powerful miracle ever seen or done in the eyes of man. "But some of them said, Could not He Who opened a blind man’s eyes have prevented this man from dying?" (vs. 37) Where are the miracles today? Jesus said that He is the Resurrection and the Life. He saves the sinner and sets the possessed free. He brings life to the sinner that is dead in sin. It is the church's duty to roll away the stone that keeps the dead in Christ from receiving true life, and it is also our responsibility to take off the burial clothes from the sinner who receives the Lord as their Savior. "When He had said this, He shouted with a loud voice, Lazarus, come out! And out walked the man who had been dead, his hands and feet wrapped in burial cloths (linen strips), and with a [burial] napkin bound around his face. Jesus said to them, Free him of the burial wrappings and let him go" (vs. 43-44). We have been called to do great works for the Lord in this world. God bless you. Amen

Drink the Water of Life without cost.
"The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, the true Christians) say, Come! And let him who is listening say, Come! And let everyone come who is thirsty [who is painfully conscious of his need of those things by which the soul is refreshed, supported, and strengthened]; and whoever [earnestly] desires to do it, let him come, take, appropriate, and drink the water of Life without cost" (Revelation 22:17 AMP). We wait for you O Lord. We wait for your courage, for your love, and for your presence to fill our hearts. Not only do we wait for you to fill up our own personal lives, but we want our sanctuaries filled, our homes filled, and our cities filled with your Holy Ghost presence throughout all the nations. We need that old Pentecostal Holy Ghost Fire on the move once again in our schools, colleges, and universities. We have allowed the enemy to come in and tear apart our faith time and time again, but it's time that we begin to thirst and pray to the Lord that the Holy Ghost fire come back this way. It is the Spirit of God that brings liberation and freedom to humanity. It breaks the chains. It brings light to lives and floods out the darkness. It is all so powerful, for it is God's sweet presence. We need Him back in our churches. We need Him back in America. We need Him back in this world once again. We need God's sweet presence to flood our homes and the deepest valleys. We don't need anymore superstars. We have the Bright and Morning Star, the Root and Offspring of David, Christ Jesus Himself. He is true life without cost. Seek Him today. God bless you all. Amen.

Found upon the Rock.
"He is like a man which built a house, and dug deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock" (Luke 6:48 KJV). My heart and my prayers go out to the families in Texas, Oklahoma, and throughout all the Midwest. Men and women have lost their homes, and some have lost their families by these devastating tornadoes. It's hard to imagine the power that winds can bring and how destructive it can be. I pray for everyone who has lost a loved one or two, and I pray for those children in that school. When I heard about the school being hit and flattened by this tornado, my heart melted. I began to pray. "Lord save those children and teachers. We don't need another school torn down in our country". America has been hit hard by mass destruction, and it seems like every other month there's something devastating happening here on this side of the world, just as in all the other sides of the world. I believe the Church, The Body of Christ, the believer, is hurt and is crying out for mercy. Yet, we are not going to be moved by any winds or by any thunderstorms. For, we are found on the "Rock", Jesus Christ. I pray for those who have been hit head-on by these storms of mass destruction. I pray that their faith doesn't fail. It is during times like this when America needs to have faith. Times like this is when we need to come together, grab hands with one another, and begin to pray to the Lord. Times like this is what brings out the true American inside of us. We are not going to be defeated by anything that comes our way, but as Americans, we will shake ourselves off and pray for and help those that are hurt and the families that have lost their loved ones. We will get back up and stand once again on the Rock of Jesus Christ. Amen. God bless you all.

Soldier of Christ Jesus
"Take [with me] your share of the hardships and suffering [which you are called to endure] as a good (first-class) soldier of Christ Jesus" (2 Timothy 2:3 AMP). God has selected many in the church to be ground troops in this war between darkness and light. We are not the General because God has that position already. Our commander is the Holy Spirit. The body of Christ, the Church, are the troops that battle from the ground here on this earth. It's time we take our positions more seriously and use our authority. God has given us this authority to be used. We are soldiers in this warfare. The victory has already been won, but the devil can't get that through his thick skull. He's still out killing, stealing, and destroying many lives, many towns, and many cities. It's time for The Church to put on the whole Armor of God and to push out and run over all these principalities of darkness and wickedness that has overtaken nations, homes, and our children's lives. Come on! We have been called, chosen, and redeemed by the Highest, the King of kings and the Lord of lords, as soldiers in the army of our Lord Jesus Christ. Along with this call comes sufferings, hardships, persecutions, and many battles, but through it all we will pray, fast, and praise His Holy Name. Jesus has chosen us. So, let's arise and do as He's called us to do, that is to proclaim the Good News to the lost souls in this world and to take The Word of God into the nations in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you all. Amen.

Judgment must begin at the house of God.
Double mindedness does not get anyone anywhere. It will keep one undecided with no direction of where to go. Double mindedness is the cause for back sliding and lukewarmness in the house of God. A double minded person will only stay hungry. They are in a constant want. They are bound up in their hearts with very little freedom. They are confused, and many times they are living life without a purpose or cause. We need to love these people and help them get out of the rut as much as we can. Do not forget. God has given us A Great Commission, to go out and reach them, the back slider, the lukewarm, the addicted, and those who are of a double mind. They are part of the harvest. We must do what God has called us to do. "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God" (1 Peter 4:17 KJV)? God's going to judge those of us who are in the house of God today. We sit there every Sunday to hear the message of the Good News over and over. The Lord is waiting and watching to see how we're going to react to His Word. Are we obeying it? Are we faithful to it? Are we doing all we can to reach others with it? What are we doing with it? Are we ministering to others using His Sword in His mighty name? Let us not grow relaxed in our labors, but continue looking to the Source of our faith, Jesus Christ. I pray encouragement over all the saints of God in this last hour in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray that the Holy Spirit will give us all a fresh anointing and zeal to go out into the highways and byways of our nations. God bless you. Amen

But I am poor and sorrowful:
"But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high" (Psalms 69:29 KJV). The Lord is looking for a humble and willing child in this last hour. So many people are hurt and in the pains of yesterday. Many of them still live in the rejection and shame that life has sewn into their souls, whether it was from a few days ago or a few years ago. God is calling a humble people to go out into the highways and the byways and to begin to proclaim the Good News and to reach out to those who are lost in darkness. Jesus Christ has fellowship with the humble man and woman. He is able to use them as His servants and mold those who call upon Him daily. This world has too many superstars and not enough humble men. This world is full of men who are all about themselves, filled with pride, filled with riches, and filled with self glory. God is looking for a man or woman who has given up on their own strength, on their own wisdom, and on their own selves. This kind of humility can only come by denying oneself and bearing one's cross daily. Jesus is our greatest example on how to live a humble life. He lived not on His own understanding or authority, but He lived under the authority of God the Father, and He only did as the Father told Him to do. Let us learn how to recognize the voice of the Holy Spirit and begin to walk under and be controlled by His authority. When we do this, we can watch our lives become an example of humility and meekness. With that heart of humility inside of us, God is able to move us in the direction where He needs us to be, even if it is among the broken and the wicked sinner. Our hearts won't mind it because we are following the will of God. God bless you. Amen

The harvest truly is great.
"Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest" (Luke 10:2 KJV). The harvest waits for the laborers to be sent forth. The Lord asks us to pray for laborers so that they may go out into the harvest and take care of God's work as representatives of the Lord . So many times we get entangled within the church house, with all of its programs that are going on inside, and we forget about the harvest on the inside. It's time! We need to stand outside of the church house, lift up our eyes, and look on the fields, for the harvest is white and ready to be harvested. Today is like no other time in history. There are so many people found broken and beat up. They search for the answer and only find themselves in a deeper rut. God has called us to go into this world and proclaim the Good News, and to those who believe, we are to baptize them in the name of Jesus. The great commission needs to start in the church, but so many just come to the house of God, sit there, get filled up on the Word of God, and wait for another service. Many are overweight because they have been in the Word of God for years but never give it out. I believe it's time to go out into the streets. All we have to do is look out the door of our church and see the harvest right in front of us. Where's the boldness, the power, and the love that the Holy Spirit has given to the church? God bless you

Go ye therefore.
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" (Matthew 28:19 KJV). We must go! There is a way out of every addiction and every bondage that life so easily clings to. There's a way out of the hurt and the pain of the past, and there's freedom beyond all imagination. There is a way out. Jesus is our deliverer from sin, and He came to do nothing less than that. He came to deliver us, the sinner, from sin. He came to set the captives free. When we decide to follow Jesus, those who were once blind can see and those who were lost in addiction are now healed and following Jesus. Those who were once broken are now fixed and are able to walk forth in a new life in the name of Jesus Christ. God is limitless. He is willing and able to save the broken family who fights day and night, those who can never find peace within the walls of their home. He is able to send peace to the house and to the children. When one begins to praise and worship in the name of Jesus, He stands in the midst of them. He is able to move when we as a people desire Him to move. He is able to reach to the furthest part of this planet and deal with the lost souls out there, when we desire it to be done in the name of Jesus. God is waiting for His people to go out and begin to bring in the harvest. The harvest is not just going to walk into the church. They are outside the walls, afraid, broken, hurt, ashamed, and waiting for someone or something to help them. We, as the body of Christ, must begin to look on the outside and stop hoping those on the outside will just come in. We need to go out into the streets and get the harvest! "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15 KJV). God bless you all. Amen.

Into the inner part of the house of The Lord.
"And the priests went into the inner part of the house of the Lord, to cleanse it, and brought out all the uncleanness that they found in the temple of the Lord into the court of the house of the Lord. And the Levites took it, to carry it out abroad into the brook Kidron" (2 Chronicles 29:16 KJV). When the Lord is invited to a meeting, expect great things. Many times we may leave Him out or not invite Him to our meetings or even to our own personal lives. He is on the outside looking in, knocking, and hoping that we will open the door. The sooner we open the door and begin to look upon Christ Jesus with faith and hope, the sooner great things will begin to happen. King Hezekiah went into the house of God and began to clean it out. He had the priests and the Levites sanctify themselves, then go into the House of God and wash it, purify it, and get it ready for God again. King Hezekiah was done seeing how the kings of the past took the Word and work of the Lord lightly and how they disrespected the house of God. So, the Lord gave Hezekiah determination, along with a whole lot of boldness, and an abundance of faith. He began with prayer then worship with all the people, and the Spirit of God began to move in a tremendous way. God honored their sacrifice and worship, and soon afterwards they were tearing down the idols and the images all around them. It takes a Holy Spirit move upon the church. The Holy Spirit brings freedom from all chains, bondages, hurts, pains and doubts. When the Holy Spirit begins to flow, life begins to grow. It takes a real man or woman of God to stand up in this last hour, to stand against the wiles of the enemy. We may even have to stand up to those who are dearest to us, that may even come against us, but we must continue to stand our ground in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you.

Blessed is He
"Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered" (Psalms 32:1 KJV). Blessed are the people of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are blessed to be standing on the sure foundation, a foundation that is unbelievably true and righteous. We are surely a blessed people to know that we have a God who sent His Only Begotten Son to die for each and everyone of us. Not only have we received Jesus Christ, but He also gives us the power through the Holy Spirit to begin to cleanse our lives, to sanctify us, and to separate us from the bondage. He love us so much. He gives us the Helper, the Holy Spirit, to move within our midst and to dwell inside of us. How blessed we are to have a Heavenly Father who knows we could not do this work on our own, the separation nor the cleansing. That is why He sent Jesus Christ along with the Holy Spirit to do the work in us as we stand in faith, believe, and allow them to bless us. This kind of work takes a Holy God to take an alcoholic out of the alcohol, a drug addict out of the drugs, and a prostitute out of the prostitution. This takes a Holy God, a God with great love, compassion, mercy, and grace. It takes a God that will stand with us through the storms and trials, and that will cover us under His wings. God will never give up on His children nor speak death about them. He's here to give us the best, to guide His children into eternal life with Him forever. We are all blessed. God bless you. Amen.

Great whoredom
"When the Lord first spoke with and through Hosea, the Lord said to him, Go, take to yourself a wife of harlotry and have children of [her] harlotry, for the land commits great whoredom by departing from The Lord" (Hosea 1:2 AMP). God is worthy. He is faithful and has a heart full of love for His children. He is not up in Heaven counting our sins, for His Son, Jesus Christ, took all sin to the cross and became a sacrifice for all. I believe He's looking down from Heaven with hope and love that all the world would run back to Him. He is longing for every man and woman to fall in love with Him with a whole heart. For centuries man has been running after idols and playing the harlot in many ways. Men have found themselves in a position of being double minded and undecided of what they want or who they will serve. However, man cannot run too far with that double mindedness. God told Hosea to take a wife of whoredoms, and this was no different then God the Father sending His Only Begotten Son to save the sinner from a world full of evil, wickedness, and whoredoms. Got sent Hosea to marry Gomer so that the people of Israel might know the One True God. God isn't out to keep the sinner astray, but just as the sinner has commitments to their flesh, so our God and Savior is also committed to see that sinner saved, redeemed, and reconciled back to Him. He is willing to wait because He knows the power of His Word and also the power of the Holy Spirit. God bless you

Authority and power
"Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you" (Luke 10:19 AMP). God the Father sees the pain of the many young people around the world today. Young men and women are bound by hurt and oppressing spirits that beat upon their hearts daily. We need to pray for the young men and women who are bound by wickedness and evil spirits that taunt them day and night. Jesus told us that we hav the authority to trample upon every serpent and scorpion that comes against us and the youth of this world. Church, we must recognize and use this authority, through the Holy Spirit. He's given us power over all the enemy, and he has promised us that we shall not be harmed in any way. This power can only come through the Holy Ghost, God's Spirit, His very presence living within us. Are you tired of seeing the hurt, the brokenness, and the rebellion that is running around uncontrollably controlling our kids and our nations? If you are tired, find a place where you can cry out to the Lord Jesus and begin to intercede for this generation. We must make up our minds. Enough is enough! Jesus has given us the authority. Let's not take this authority for granted, but let's go out into this world and begin to rebuke the spirit of darkness in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you

Be dressed, ready for service.
“Be dressed, ready for service, and have your lamps shining. Be like servants who are waiting for their master to come home from a wedding party. When he comes and knocks, the servants immediately open the door for him" (Luke 12:35, 36 NCV). Are you ready for the coming of the Lord? Is your heart ready and dressed with faith, love, Christ, and excited to see the Lord? He's coming back and it might be sooner then it seems. We, the body of Christ, must have the oil in our lamps shining and ready for His return. We must be ready to meet the Groom so that the Groom can take His bride home. We must be ready for Him. We are waiting for the Groom to come. We do not know the hour or the day that God will send the Groom to take His church, but we know Scripture says "to be ready" at all times, waiting for the knock on the door. Are we truly all ready for the knock at our door? If He would come back this split second, are we ready? There are many out there among us who are not ready. Their hearts are given over to something of this world rather than to the Groom of the church. We have to continue to pray for them that are spiritually blind. Watchful servants don't have their eyes on the government and waiting for what they're going to do, but their eyes are on the Lord's return. The government has their own agenda, just as God also has His own agenda. (V:40) "So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at a time when you don’t expect him!”. Be watchful. God bless you all.

Don't worry.
"Jesus said to his followers, “So I tell you, don’t worry about the food you need to live, or about the clothes you need for your body. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothes" (Luke 12:22, 23 NCV). Seek God's kingdom first and He will take care of you. There is so much clothes, shoes, and up to date technology, and everybody wants what everybody has. They are putting God aside and chasing after the next new thing that comes out. God isn't looking for pop stars or for a man to speak with great eloquence. The world has many of them. God is looking for a vessel, a person who will seek His kingdom first and trust in Him with all their heart. This world has many things that attract the eyes of men and women, things that make the body feel good or the outer body look even better. The more they allow these attractions into their lives, the harder it will be to deny themselves and to seek the Kingdom of God first. People will spend all their lives searching and seeking for bigger and better things that will accommodate their ways of living. They find themselves going in circles and really not even satisfied. "All the people in the world are trying to get these things, and your Father knows you need them. But seek God’s kingdom, and all your other needs will be met as well" (Luke 12:30, 31 NCV). God bless you all. Amen

And they served their idols.
"And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them"(Psalms 106:36 KJV). The Israelites forsook God because they would rather worship an idol. They soon found themselves in trouble. God would speak to them time and time again, and they knew that He was the only God. Yet, in reality, deep in their hearts, so many of them were still stuck on selfishness, pride, and arrogance, which corroded their hearts. They chose to exalt and worship the creation, an image, rather than Christ the Lord, our Creator. It hasn't really changed today. This world has so many idols that pull at the hearts of men. They're everywhere. Everywhere we go and everywhere we look there is some form of an idol. We have so freely allowed them into our society, schools, homes and even into our hearts. These idols pull us away from God. They take the time that we should be giving to the Lord. For example, is watching football a sin? No. However, to sit there every Sunday and neglect the house of God is a sin. We give more time to the television set then we do to our God. The TV becomes an idol many worship. In addition, so many youth, along with young men and women, are drawn to video games. They will spend hours in front of a video game. This too becomes an idol. It becomes a form of worship and draws the heart away from the Lord. There's really no difference from the time the Israelites walked through the wilderness for 40 years till today. We still have men, women, and young people hooked and addicted to idols, and they are addicted with their whole hearts. Help us pray for this generation, for the harvest. God bless you.

We will not serve your gods.
"Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, it is not necessary for us to answer you on this point. If our God Whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up"(Daniel 3:16-18 AMP)! When the music started playing and the crowd started worshiping, Shadrach, Meshach, Abed-nego did not bow down and worship some man-made god. These three young men had a relationship with the One True God. They knew their Savior. It did not matter how big and shiny the image was or how many threats they may have gotten from the people who worshipped this heathen god. They were not about to bow down to King Nebuchadnezzar's god. Today there are so many idols. There's so much music that grabs the soul, and so many people don't even realize that some of the music is to catch the attention of their hearts and to turn them away from serving Christ with a full heart. Many don't even know that it is a form of worship when one begins to chase after these pop-stars. Buying up all their CDs and T-shirts is a form of idolizing. Some will spend hundreds of dollars to go see one show, and not think twice about giving one dollar to their local church. This world has become a big merchandise of idols, and it has a hold on this younger generation. It is no different today than it was back then. To this day music is being used in a big way to influence people away from the One True God. Lucifer was the head of worship in Heaven, and his occupation hasn't really changed at all. He is still in the music business. Let's keep our eyes, ears, and mouths ever so open to our Lord Jesus Christ, giving Him praise and worshiping Him. We must say no to the gods of this world, just as these three young Hebrew men did. I believe we have the same faith and courage in the name of Jesus to do the same. God bless you.

Before my eyes.
"I will set no base or wicked thing before my eyes. I hate the work of them who turn aside [from the right path]; it shall not grasp hold of me. A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will know no evil person or thing" (Psalm 101:3, 4 AMP). David said he would not set any wicked or base thing in front of his eyes anymore. I believe we, as believers, must take that step and make a commitment and covenant that we too will not set any thing that is ungodly in front of our eyes. The world is full of wicked images, from magazines and billboards to television shows and music videos. Immoral images are flying everywhere, and it's catching the attention of our young generation, even little kids. We, the believers, must continue to be steadfast and on guard. This junk floods our homes, streets, and communities. It doesn't seem like too many people care about what has come in so easily. Take a stand against it. Do not let it steal your heart and mind. It is a trap. King David knew the outcome. If he would open his eyes to the wicked things, he knew it would take his heart far away from the Lord. Yet, so many will try to control it, only to find themselves seeking for more. "A perverse heart shall depart from me". The world doesn't care about our souls or what we do with ourselves. However, we have a Savior who sure does care, and He is so willing to help us through it all. Let's not be moved by the wicked things of this world. We have conquered them through Jesus Christ. Good bless you. Amen.

He cares for you affectionately.
"Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully" (1 Peter 5:7 AMP). God is able to make a way when it looks like there is no way at all. He is firm, strong, reliable, and faithful in all that He does. When one begins to trust and rely on Him, they become equipped with stronger faith. They will begin to look past the fears that have kept them from moving forward, and they will no longer see it as a giant mountain in front of them. With Jesus Christ, it now looks like a hill that sits before them. God is able to make a way when stress and anxiety fills the mind, soul, and heart. One must find time and a place to press in with Christ, to allow Him into their heart. They must be able to cast all of their cares upon Him. At this point, all we have to do is dump ourselves into the hands of God, praying, crying out, and asking for grace in order to stand once again. The Lord brings relief to the heart that seeks Him. He draws close to the heart that humbles themselves under His mighty hands. He brings relief to the broken heart who trusts Him and runs to Him for healing. He's a God that heals from the inside out. He brings joy and laughter to those who are sad and broken. There is no other like the one who bled and died for you and I. There's no other like Him. God bless you.

Go ye into all the world.
Run from the worldliness. Run from the world with all your strength. The world has many traps, many shackles, and many chains. It knows how to capture, grab, and enslave the soul. Run from the world. So many young men and women are dying in this world today. They are dying to vain and worthless things. Young people are out there cutting themselves along with opening themselves up to a world of perversion, "sexual lust", where anything goes as long as one is willing. Life has taken a turn for the worse. When once upon a time, there was nothing seen as there is today. Back then you would not see same-sex marriage. You would not see young men and young women as dark, hurt, broken, or just plain messed up as they are today. Times have changed right in front of our eyes, and it is not going to get any better. Christian, I hate to burst your bubble, but these people are the harvest. They are the church of tomorrow. We must be willing to ask God for help and insight in how to reach them. We must be willing to get out of our comfort zone and reach this harvest. I pray that the Holy Spirit drives you and I with great courage, faith, hope, and above all love to reach this harvest. They are a dying generation. It's time for the church to stand up and do what it is commanded to do. "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:15-18 KJV).

Be Sober, Be Vigilant
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8 KJV): In today's society, in the world that we live in, there is so much the flesh may want to partake in. Its' desires can be stirred up very easily, possibly even just by watching a TV program or a commercial. As Christians in the faith, we must be careful with what we allow our eyes to see and our ears to hear. We have an adversary, the devil, and he would surely love to trap one of God's children once again. He would also love to bombard us with thoughts of ungodliness, to mess with our feelings, and to just get the best of us. He's out there with a mission, and you and I are on his hit list. God gives us the answer to overcome and have victory because He loves us so much; First, we must be sober, which means to be free from the influence of intoxicants. We must have self control and be sober-minded over the temptations the devil puts out there and also the temptations and thoughts in our own mind. Second, we must be vigilant, which is to be cautious at all times and to be at a constant watch. With daily communion in the Word of God, the enemy of our soul, the devil of this earth, does not have a chance to trap us. So be subject to God. "Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 AMP). Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, and give no time to the enemy of this world or the enemy of the mind, and watch him flee from you. God bless you. Amen.

Take no thought for your life.
"Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?" (Matthew 6:25 KJV) Don't worry about these things. The physical body is more than just the clothes we wear. God has given us life. He has given us a life that looks past the worries and anxieties of this world, a life that is not moved, nor running passionately after the things of this world, but a life that is running passionately to Him who gives us life. When we accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, we accepted the cross which put to death our selfish desires, self-love, self seeking nature, and self pride. These things have been eliminated from the believers and should no longer exist. How can one walk with the Lord Jesus Christ with a selfish heart and their eyes only on what they can get? To follow Christ is to deny ourselves, to pick up our cross, and to seek Him first. Our God provides all of our needs. As he provided for the fowler of the air, so will He provide for His Children. All we need is faith. The reason why we worry in life is the lack of faith. God is faithful and He can be trusted; He is committed to us. His son, Jesus Christ, carried out His commitment. It's our turn to carry out our commitment to Him. We must learn to trust in His will and not our own. (V:33)"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you". God bless you. Amen.

The fountain of living waters.
"O Lord, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters" (Jeremiah 17:13 KJV). The Lord will not forsake His children for they are His desire. The prophet Jeremiah pleaded to the Lord for the sake of the people. He asked the Lord to have mercy and healing upon them along with deliverance. Jeremiah cried most of his ministry. He was in tears, seeking the Lord with hope, and praying that his people would once again return to his glorious God. Time and time again the people would turn to their old wicked ways and worship ungodly idols, while ignoring the words of God's prophet. Man can be so stubborn. Many times he is only drawn to his own selfish desires. This battle between God and man has been going on for centuries, but through the midst of it all there is a man or woman of God who prays for the people. Jeremiah tried to get their attention, but even with the anointing of the Spirit of God upon him, the people still would not listen. They just mocked him and turned their heads away. So many turn their heads away today. Many are forsaking the Living Waters to run after things that will bring them shame in the eyes of the Lord. Amid all this, there is a man and a woman, just as there was a prophet, Jeremiah, who prays to the Lord to heal, save, and to bring the stiff-necked people out of bondage. God bless you. Amen.

Preserved for ever:
"For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off" (Psalms 37:28 KJV). God the Father has never failed anyone, and He will not forsake His saints. The Israelites walked through the wilderness for 40 years, yet the Lord never failed them. He provided for them. He took care of them. He gave them food from heaven and water from the rock, even when they complained and spoke many insults towards their leaders. God gathers the clouds, and rain falls upon this earth. It falls upon those who do not believe as well as those who do believe. He will allow the sun to shine on us all, even those who live in wickedness, who have drawn themselves back from the truth. God has mercy and love for the lost and the unsaved. He is a merciful God. He is one who cares and will take care of His children. He will never leave us nor forsake us. There may be times when we feel as if He has drawn himself back from us, but this is when we continue to trust in and rely on Him. He is so near. We must have faith. Our God still provides. He still makes a way for the believer. Turn to Him today, wholeheartedly, and ask for help. He has mercy and grace for those who believe in Him. He is able and willing to continue to provide for His children. He will provide everything they possibly need, everything that He sees fit in His eyes. Trust Him. He is able. God bless you. Amen.

Forgive Them
"Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots" (Luke 23:34 KJV). The purpose of our Lord Jesus Christ's ministry is forgiving and making people whole. He healed and forgave back then, just as He still does today for so many people. He came into this world to forgive, to bring healing to the heart, soul, and mind, and to deliver men, women, and children out of captivity. He is our healer, and He still forgives. To forgive is a very hard thing to do, especially if hurt follows, and it usually does. Unforgiveness holds many bound. It keeps so many people in depression and unhappiness. The enemy works with unforgiveness. He loves how the children of God hold bitterness towards one another and how many cannot forgive. As Jesus hung on the cross, He looked around at the people who mocked Him, nailed Him to the cross, spit on Him, threw rocks at Him, and yelled "crucify Him"; yet He was able to look past all of that. Jesus looked up to the Father in heaven and cried, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". We too must forgive those who have come against us so that we can be free from the pain and misery of an unforgiving heart. Jesus has already forgiven us, and He demonstrated this by what He did upon the cross. We need a heart of forgiveness or the Father won't forgive us. Ask for a heart of forgiveness. We need a heart that will forgive one another as Christ has taught us how to forgive. God bless you. Amen.
