Shut the door

"Neither give place to the devil" (Ephesians 4:27 KJV). Shut the door on the enemy. Don't let him in anymore, for he has taken so much from each one of us. The devil doesn't care about you or me. He's out only to steal, kill, and destroy. He could care less if you have $1 million or even one dollar. He doesn't care if you're beautiful or ugly. He's after one thing, that is the souls of people. Too many times the believer opens the door of their heart to the world, knowing that it is not safe. They may find themselves compromising with sin, which only allows darkness to come into their heart. We are all in a spiritual battle. Some believers may be comfortable where they are, just sitting on a church pew. Others may be blinded by the things of this world and compromising with their souls. There are others that find themselves struggling in a battle that they're trying to fight, but they cannot reach victory because they are fighting in their own strength. The devil has already lost this battle. Jesus has taken satan's authority and right over every believer. However, it is through lack of faith, unbelief, doubt, and sin that satan is allowed to take control once again. Jesus has come to give us victory over the world and the temptations that surround us. Christ Jesus is the victory! "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:16-18 KJV). It's all up to us. Who do we give our hearts to this day? God bless you. Amen

The Lord filled the house

"Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the house" (2 Chronicles 7:1 KJV). The fire of God must fall upon us and bring a revival that will transform the will of man through the Holy Spirit. We need God's Holy Fire to consume the House of God. That fire will bring conviction and an awakening to the land and this world around us. The fire came down from Heaven and consumed the burnt offering and sacrifices. Then, the glory of God filled the House of the Lord, and the priest could not enter into it. Then, the children of Israel bowed down to the ground and began to give God praise and worship. King Solomon brought thousands of sacrifices to the House of the Lord. He offered oxen and sheep, and the city was filled with the aroma and the altar with blood. The people dedicated the House of God through worship and prayer. Instruments were being played, and the music could be heard as praises went up to the Lord, for His mercy endures forever. They were all in one accord, giving praise to God, and dedicating themselves unto God. In the book of Acts chapter 2, we see the glory of God's Spirit filling the upper room, and from that time on many people were saved. Today, by that same presence of God's glory, many people are being saved. It is God's glory and His sweet gentle Holy Spirit that saves souls. It is when the Body of Christ comes together in one accord and gives praises unto God the Father for the Greatest Sacrifice, His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. God has already provided the Lamb. It's time that we seek His glory in Spirit and in Truth. God bless you. Amen

Bring us to God

"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit" (1 Peter 3:18 KJV). The love God has for us is so incredible that He would die for us to see us set free. This freedom that we received from Jesus Christ comes through faith in Him. The sinner must have faith in Christ, who carried their sins to the cross and nailed them to it. Through faith, redemption comes to that sinner through the Blood of Jesus. It is important that we stand in faith, put our whole heart into the Word of God, and allow the Spirit of God to transform us. Once we recognize that we are not our own but have been bought by the Blood of Christ Jesus, then the Holy Spirit is able to do a greater work, a work that He can only do for the believer. That work is to make an unholy man or woman into a holy man or woman, one who is filled with God, His love, and His goodness. "Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God" (Romans 3:24, 25 KJV). We are justified freely, not by our works but by Jesus Christ. Glory to God! Victory is found in the Blood of Christ and the Cross of Calvary. Jesus is the Door and the Only Way. God bless you. Amen

Without strength

"For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly" (Romans 5:6 KJV). We are justified by faith. Jesus made a way for us to have peace with God and access to His goodness. It all comes by living in faith. By our faith in Christ, we have access into His grace. Jesus Christ dying for the ungodly is proof of immeasurable love towards all humanity. This is the gift that God has given us. This gift is Jesus Christ, a man who died for us so that we may be free from sin and justified of our offenses and shortcomings. There is no greater gift in this life than to know that by our faith in Christ we are free from hell and wrath. Even when we were dead in our sins, He did not look away from you and I, but He came to a world, filled with self-righteousness and wickedness, to pay our sin debt at Calvary's Hill. Nothing stopped Him from redeeming us, those who He loves so much. "Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him" (vs.9). His blood washes and cleanses us from the sin that has kept us from Him. We can walk under the blessings of God. We became heirs with the saints and are walking in God's promises. We are so blessed, and many people don't even know or recognize how blessed we really are. Give God praise, and thank Him for His love. God bless you. Amen

God heard

"And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob" (Exodus 2:24 KJV). The Israelites cried out and believed their Deliverer was coming. They did not lose sight of the promise of the Lord. There is a world that is in need of our Lord Jesus Christ. What is it going to take to see this generation serving Christ faithfully? So many young teenagers and young adults are turning from the faith, and they don't understand or recognize our Living God as the Truth, the Life, and the only Way. They are looking for something new to fulfill their emptiness, the void in their hearts. Drugs, immorality, murder, wickedness, and perversion runs through the streets of our cities and countries. The young people are partaking of this darkness as quick as it hits the streets. There is a need of a Holy Ghost revival across this world, one that will shake the religious minds alive. A revival that will shake those who have no fire, but are asleep in comfort. A hunger for the anointing and a thirst for the Holy Spirit starts in the church. That is what it takes to see young people set free. "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). The Spirit of God moves on people who seek Him with a full heart, those who are willing to wait on Him and follow after Him no matter the cost. There must be a cry from the house of God. Remember it worked for the Israelites, and it will work for us. Christ is faithful. God bless you. Amen

Fight

"Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses". (1 Timothy 6:12 KJV). Many veterans of foreign wars have seen the impossible become possible. These men and women, who put their lives on the line, deserve a great shout of thanks and appreciation for all they have done and still do for our country. They leave their families at a young age and give themselves over to protect and serve the lives of the people. What a mighty call they have on their lives. I am proud to be a son of a Vietnam veteran, a man who served his country, yet came home and was rejected by his nation, just as many were at that time. I believe the men who fought in that war of Vietnam learned something great, that is we are one country under God and all those who serve and fight in war should be appreciated in a great way and not ignored. There are still many young men and women on the other side of the world fighting the good fight for our freedom here in America. However, there is another war going on, and this war is against all mankind. It is a war against sin. Sin causes war and kills so many innocent children around this world. The only way it is going to be stopped is through the power of the Blood of Christ. Every nation is facing this giant, and it is only growing bigger and stronger over the heart of the carnal man. We, the Body of Christ, have the authority to rebuke sin and tread upon it. There is still hope in the world, and our hope is in Jesus Christ. God bless the Veterans of war, and God bless you. Amen

The Word was God

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God". (John 1:1 KJV). Mankind has looked for all the answers to a better life, a life filled with joy and prosperity, but they only find themselves back at the beginning and right at the place they had started. There are many people who will look for an answer to their issues and problems. They will look into the Internet, to psychologists, and to counselors. Some people will even go as far as getting their palms read. They will spend a fortune of time and money on fixing their problems that are within the soul. This results in only coming up with a Band-Aid to cover it, and it does not get to the root of it. They will continue to look, while the Bible has been right in front of them all the time. Hope is found in the Gospel. The Gospel is the Living Word that gives life to those that are willing to believe that it has redeeming power. It causes the dead to come to life. It is the Life Giver. The Word of God is the answer to life here on this earth for all mankind. It is the door to eternal life. It is living, active, and satisfying for the soul. Jesus Christ is the Word, and He is the Truth. There is no blemish to be found in our Lord. He's alive, and He is able to reach to the furthest of regions and to hear the faintest of cries. He is the answer. There is no other. God bless you. Amen

The keys

"And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven". (Matthew 16:19 KJV). In order to open a locked door or to start an automobile you need a key. A key is to open something that is locked, and the church has been blessed with Jesus Christ, who has the authority and power over hell. He is the key and has the keys over darkness. God has blessed us, His church, with the keys to bind wickedness and darkness here on this earth and to loose His power from on high. He has blessed the church with the anointing through the Holy Spirit to do great and powerful things among and through the Body of Christ. He has brought His church victory through the cross and the blood of the Lamb, giving salvation to all people. Christ Jesus holds the key to death, and He is the way to eternity with God the Father. No one can get to Heaven except through Him, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We, the church of Christ, have the power and the keys to bind and loosen, and hell cannot dominate the Rock, the church of God. We have the keys to eternal life right in front of us. Let us use them in the name of Jesus. God bless you. Amen

And Samson

"And Samson went down to Timnah, and saw a woman in Timnah of the daughters of the Philistines. And he came up, and told his father and his mother, and said, I have seen a woman in Timnah of the daughters of the Philistines: now therefore get her for me to wife". (Judges 14:1, 2 KJV). Many people start with the Lord, under His anointing, and have a passion and fire. For some years they seek the face of God, giving Him praise for all He does. Then, the fire begins to dwindle out and the smoke begins to arise. There is no more fire on their altars and no more intimacy with the Lord. "For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's". (Philippians 2:21 KJV). Samson was a powerful and anointed man of God. He moved and worked under that anointing, that God so gifted him with, in a powerful way. However, he battled one thing and that was the lust of his flesh. Samson had the enemy scared and filled with fear when he walked through the land. He was a man of God, who unpredictably did the supernatural before the enemy's eyes. However, he could not control the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life. The enemy knew his weakness. The spirit of Delilah is taking over countries, pulling down mighty men of God, and robbing many of their anointing and sight. The spirit of lawlessness and pornography has crept into the homes across this world and blinded all who look and desire it. This spirit makes one weak and unable to serve God fully. Be careful! There is an enemy out there who wants to take your faith. God bless you. Amen

The ungodly

"Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful" (Psalms 1:1 KJV). Blessed is the believer who keeps themselves from the sinners, who live unfulfilled lives. This believer will grow in the Lord and will be blessed by His everlasting presence in their life. The Word of God makes it very clear to come out from among the unbelievers. "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness"? (2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV). We must separate ourselves from among the unbelievers, those who don't want Christ or believe in His love. They will contaminate a pure heart with their enticing words and foolishness. Run from those of this world, those who seek after believers as a hungry lion seeks for his next meal. They are scoffers who walk after their own lusts and claim to know more about this world than the Word of God. Run from those who lust and fornicate. Run from those who walk in lawlessness and who chase after greed and money. They make idols from their own hands and praise their labors. Then, they sell it to a blind and lost generation for their own gain. They will prostitute themselves for a bigger bank account, a bigger home, and what ever else they can get their hands on, the very things that they believe will bring their selfish lives prosperity. Be aware of the friends of the world. God bless you. Amen

Hold the truth

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness" (Romans 1:18 KJV). How many believers are actually waiting on Christ's return for His bride? Are we expecting His return? Are we living a life that He approves of, surrendered fully to His will and not our own? Do our daily actions and desires move Him into the midst of us? Do we desire to be filled by His Spirit refreshed and anew every moment of our days? Jesus is Life and the Source of True Life. He has been lifted up and glorified, and all who trust in Him will also be seen one day soon in a glorified body. "And as we have borne the image of the earthly, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly" (1 Corinthians 15:49 KJV). However, there are some people in our world that believe they can live as the rest in the world does and still make it to Heaven. They believe and preach to the multitudes that one can drink alcohol, get high, get pierced, and tattooed and still get to the Kingdom of God. However, we are to be the temple of the Holy Spirit and live our lives pleasing to God and not to man. Be watchful for the lukewarm message and messages that are spreading, and also be aware of the perverted message of grace that many are running to. This message speaks nothing about sin or repentance, but about a better you. Jesus is the Truth and the Truth is in the Word of God. Do not take your eyes off the Truth. God bless you. Amen

In the light

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin" (1 John 1:7 KJV). What is sin? Well, the Bible says, "all unrighteousness is sin". Everything that stands against the Word of God is sin. Sin is running crazy across this world. It is accepted and craved by most people. It is glamorized and sought after by those who call it normal, those who desire it. Ungodliness comes from sin and brings one to a spiritual death. Through ungodliness, one will find themselves far from the Living God. Sin is the cause of so many deaths across the world. It is the cause of homes being divided and broken. Sin can cause more destruction in the world than wars. It kills and takes. It hurts and breaks. It thinks crazy and will bind up anyone it can to make a life miserable. I have seen what sin could do to a life and family. It is not a respecter of persons and it can careless who gets hurt. One can stay trapped in sin for a lifetime, not ever understanding the only way out is through Jesus Christ. So many people ignore the invitation from the Lord and the finished work at the cross. They want freedom, but they can't get there. They are lost without hope. It is up to us to shine the Glorious Light of Christ in this world and stop ignoring the problem that has so many lost, that problem is sin. Come let us work together in prayer and fasting to bind the darkness around us today. God bless you. Amen

Forsaken

"And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, 'Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani'? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me" (Mark 15:34 KJV)? As darkness came upon the land, Jesus was all alone on the cross. He was whipped, beaten, and had no more strength in His mortal body. He was alone and forsaken, just as many are in this world, and some have been forgotten. Today, divorce is a common act in this world. I don't know about any other country, but here in America divorce has become normal. When it comes to pass, bitterness takes over in both parties, and if kids are involved it sure can get really touchy. When their parent's divorce, kids find themselves hurt, broken, and caught in the middle between two homes. It's always hard to say good bye to someone you love, especially when you love them so much. Separation is not easy. It is painful. God the Father was separated from His Son when He went to die on the cross because sin separated them. Sin is always the cause of broken homes and hurt children. There are many families that understand sin and the darkness of it, yet they still will not forsake their actions or involvement with it. Sin brings division to many homes, causing parents to leave their kids or put the kids in the middle of the battle. It becomes messy and hurtful for the child. Let the Light of Christ shine in these trying times. God bless you. Amen

The Lord Was With Him

"And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt" (Genesis 41:46 KJV). Rejection can be very hurtful, especially if it is from someone you love dearly. The hand of God is in it all and is upon all who trust in Him. Joseph never gave up on the Lord, even through the hard times that he faced. He was put in a pit to die. Then, he was sold into slavery by his own brothers for twenty pieces of silver. Through it all, he kept his eyes on God, when some people would have given up on God. "And his master saw that The Lord was with him, and that The Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand" (Genesis 39:3). God was not done with him. Joseph was tempted with sin but sinned not, yet he was wrongly accused by Potiphar's wife. He was thrown into prison for something he did not do. God will take us through a journey to mold and shape us into His children. Many of these trials do not feel good nor do they seem right, especially when they are coming from a God who is filled with mercy and grace. Joseph had every right to quit on God. He had every excuse to run away from the King of Glory, but instead he stuck it out because he knew the promise from God was going to come to past. People may reject us, even those who are suppose to love us, but God is doing something great within our hearts. If those who are rejected do not allow the rejection to come between them and God, that believer, just like Joseph, will be able to stand up against the next trial that comes along their way. Joseph never lost faith, and he was crowned for it. He became Pharaoh's right-hand man because he was a man of character and integrity, and he was faithful to who he believed in. God is what he lived for. Don't let your circumstances defeat you, but allow them to shape you. Never give up on your dreams. God bless you. Amen

It Was Delightful To Look At

"And when the woman saw that the tree was good (suitable, pleasant) for food and that it was delightful to look at, and a tree to be desired in order to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate; and she gave some also to her husband, and he ate" (Genesis 3:6 AMP). Blessed is the Lord our God, who created this earth and all life upon it. He did this so that we may know Him and have fullness of life. Praise be to God! However, we must be watchful for there are deceivers in this world that have been appointed by Satan to deceive and delude the heart of man. Just as satan used the serpent in the Garden of Eden, thousands of years ago, he also uses images to distort man's mind and heart to tempt them in all kinds of ways. Darkness and wickedness is for real, and the devil is not playing any kind of games and he never has been. Satan is out to steal, kill, and destroy mankind. He is out to trap the heart of man and to lead them further from the Truth. Through one man's disobedience all hell came upon this earth. The devil wants to take control of our homes, lives, and children. Satan is always trying to get us to look upon the things of this world and see them as pleasant and something to desire. The devil has people chasing after things that are suppose to make them more wise and lead their very souls to be more powerful and abundant than ordinary people. As a result, we see many people today around this world living as their own god. Nothing can change their minds nor their desires for the world. The world's offers are suitable to the flesh. People think it is all they need. They have been so grafted and manipulated by the system of darkness and their own wills that there is no desire to change. Many are going to miss the rapture of the Church because they are tied to this world. Be tied to Jesus. God bless you. Amen

I Shall Be Whole

"And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole" (Mark 5:25-28 KJV). I have been around men and women who are lost and bound by drugs, alcohol, sexual perversion, and sickness, and many also have been broken in heart. Many of them, if not all of them, want freedom from that kind of life style, only to find it hard to deny themselves to a living God. The Bible says, "Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness" (Romans 6:16 NKJV)? We might live and walk in freedom, but there might be someone we know who is enslaved by sickness, drugs, or any thing else other than Christ. It is our duty as believers to let them know about Jesus and His wonderful mercy. This woman had a sickness for twelve years and spent all the money she had in hope to get well, but nothing or noone was able to help her. Then, she heard about Jesus. She heard how He heals and saves those in need. This Jesus she heard of was about to come by the very place she was standing. She had no more hope in man or the inability they brought to her. She had nothing to lose, but she had faith, a new life, and healing from the burden of her life to gain. No crowd or the issues at hand was going to stop her. She was ready for her miracle. All she did was reach out to Jesus, and that is all we need to do also. Reach for Him and touch the hem of His garment, and you will be made whole. Nothing is impossible for our Lord. If we just step out and reach for Him, He will reach back to us. God bless you. Amen

No man condemned thee

"When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more" (John 8:10, 11 KJV). Where are your accusers? When one is born-again in Christ, not by the flesh but of the Spirit, they have the only One that can save them from the accuser. Christ Jesus has come to save, not to reject the sinner. Unfortunately, the world will never understand the grace of God and His undeserving love for the sinner. What man has rejected, God welcomes and brings them a life filled with love and forgiveness. The woman was caught in adultery, and by the law of Moses she was to be stoned to death for her actions. The Pharisees brought her to Jesus to tempt Him to see what He would do, and they were hoping to accuse Him. They were out to trap Him. How many of us know that Jesus knows everything? He is in tune with God the Father. What the devil meant for evil God has made it good. He turned around this young lady's situation, and He does the same today with every sinner who cries out to Him. Jesus has paid the price for every one of us, and He is willing to bring us into an everlasting life if we believe in Him and follow Him. There is not one sinner that Jesus has not introduced Himself to. God bless you. Amen

In Him was life

"In him was life; and the life was the light of men" (John 1:4 KJV). It is too bad that some people choose to live a life in darkness away from the powerful Light of Christ. Then, there are those who step back from the Light to amuse their flesh once again in the darkness, only to find themselves as a slave to it. It is a daily battle, and victory is only found in the Light of Christ. God reveals His grace and mercy to every sinner that steps away from darkness and falls upon their knees in the Light of His presence. He reveals His purpose for their lives. The Bible speaks about many people who stepped away from their faith in God. Many times King Saul desired to do his own thing, and in doing so God took His presence away from him. "But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him" (1 Samuel 16:14 KJV). Saul did not want God any longer, and because of that the Holy Spirit was not wanted either. So, an evil spirit was allowed to go to Saul, and he had no more protection from God. Disobedience gave an open door for an evil spirit to go to Saul and trouble him, but only because of Saul's rebellion. The desires of the flesh have cheated and diluted many men and women of God. They find themselves exchanging the Truth of God's beautiful Light, which is peace and rest, for darkness, which is shame and guilt. "He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not" (John 1:10, 11 KJV). Stay in the Light. God bless you. Amen

Then spake Jesus

"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life" (John 8:12 KJV). Let your light shine before men into a world that is blinded by darkness and filled with immorality, cravings, and lusts of the flesh. Christ came into this world for us. He saw that it was dark and filled with blackness and wickedness. He came to shine True Light among the false light. His word is a Light for us and a path we need to be on in the end times. "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" (Psalms 119:105 KJV). He is the Word and Light that shines brighter than any other light that man has ever seen. His light reaches the soul of man, and if man is willing to allow Him, He pushes every bit of darkness outside of that soul. However, there will be many that will reprove the light of Christ, denying that He ever existed. When the Light is revealed to them, they will hide from the Light lest their evil deeds be seen. This beautiful and wonderful Light brings life to man. The Light of Christ brings life to the man who follows Him, just as the sunlight, which is thousands and thousands of miles away, brings life to plants and vegetation here on this Earth. Those who are continually in Christ's Life Giving Light will grow into His Life Saving Light. Let your light shine before men so that they may see. God bless you. Amen

Believe on Him

"But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness" (Romans 4:5 KJV). How many times have we been caught trying to earn our salvation, working for salvation and believing that it will bring credit to our walk in Jesus Christ? We do not earn our salvation, no not at all. It is a gift of God. It was God's Son who made salvation possible, not our works. This perfect salvation comes when we place our faith exclusively in Christ Jesus."For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast" (Ephesians 2:8, 9 KJV). Faith in our Lord brings power to the believer's heart. It brings living power to overcome the temptations and the snares of the evil one. Faith in Jesus builds warriors that are ready for battle, and above all ready to spread the gospel truth under the authority of the Holy Spirit. Faith in our Lord makes a man and woman glow in Christ Jesus. It is through faith that we receive grace, and God sees it as righteousness. There is nothing impossible when one lives, stands, and wholeheartedly places their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. The work has been done, and it was done 2,000 years ago at the cross of Calvary. God bless you. Amen

Those who are in Christ

"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit" (Romans 8:1 NKJV). Life in Jesus Christ guarantees us victory, victory from a life of sin and death. When one is in Christ Jesus, there is no condemnation. They have been acquitted from all past sins. This good news is for every born-again believer who walks not after the dictates of the flesh. It is for those who have no dependence on one's own personal strength, abilities, or religious efforts to overcome sin. Our actions and appetites that come from the flesh, our sinful desires, are not approved by God. He saw that we were weak through the flesh to fulfill the law. We cannot fulfill God's commands on our own willpower. No matter how hard we try, we are unable to keep the law. God saw how helpless our condition was and how unable we were to save ourselves. So, He sent His Only Begotten Son in the likeness of sinful flesh. Jesus came to condemn sin in the flesh, to destroy the power of sin by giving His perfect body as a sacrifice for sin. He was our substitute. He destroyed sin's power and brought life to those who believe in His saving grace. Give Him praise. God bless you. Amen

He gave His only

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16 NKJV). God so loves us. He loves us so much that He sent His only son to die for us. How powerful, gracious, merciful, and loving our God is. When He saw it was impossible for man to follow Him on his own, He loved us so much that He also gave us a comforter, the Holy Spirit. The world has many love stories that are filled with passions and desires, but God has given us the greatest love story ever told. The greatest love story is found in the Word of God from the pages of the Old Testament through the pages of the New Testament. We will find the greatest love story for you and I in these pages. This love story is how a man left His home to come and bring Light into the darkness and life to the grave. We read how He conquered darkness, principalities, and powers. We read how He saved His people from slavery, setting them free and giving them mercy, grace, and love, which they did not deserve. Even when He was despised and rejected by His own, He still loved them and cried out to God the Father, who was upon His throne. He's never doubted or forsaken us, but has given His very best to save us. What love He has for everyone, a love that never gives up on us or leaves us abandoned and alone. "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends" (John 15:13 NKJV). God bless you. Amen

Wise in your own eyes

"Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil" (Proverbs 3:7 NKJV). The heart of man has gotten man into trouble so many times, and many people still do not learn or understand that the heart is deceitful and wicked. Some people cannot face the truth that there is only One who can change the heart of man and only One who understands the heart of man, that is our Lord Jesus Christ. There are many fools in this world who despise and reject God's mercy and precious grace. Only a fool will reject instruction. "A fool has no delight in understanding, But in expressing his own heart" (Proverbs 18:2 NKJV). Those who do not want knowledge or to better themselves will reject discipline and instruction from the Lord. They will refuse to hear the Truth, the message of our Savior. They will get caught up in their own devices, chasing after a mirage of emptiness and false hope. Heed to the message of the Lord, bind it around your neck tightly, and do not let it go. We are living in the last days, and God's Word is the only truth upon this Earth. Let us not take it for granted. God bless you. Amen

One thing thou lackest.

"Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven :and come, take up the cross, and follow me" (Mark 10:21). The heart of man is corrupt and deceitful above all members of our beings. The young rich man had too much property and wealth, yet he was not about to sell it and give to the poor, not today or ever. He might have worked hard for it or it might have been in the family for years. Regardless, he chose not to surrender his heart to Christ, but instead he walked away from the greatest invitation ever given by God. "And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions" (vs. 22). It is the same today for everyone who desires the wealth of this world. They will not go any further with the Lord because their hearts desire to worship things other than the Lord Jesus Christ. We have to take up our crosses, which is obedience to the Word of God and denying our own wills. However, there will be those who are not tired of the old life of being tied to sin or habits of the world. Victory is at the cross, for all sin and sickness hung there. The cross reflects our sins and wickedness within our hearts. The cross shows us who we really are and what we are not. It brings the Light of Christ to the sinner. It is a place of mercy and grace, for it is the very place that the Blood flowed from Christ's veins, atoning humanity from the law of sin and death. God bless you. Amen

Arise from the dead.

"Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.” (Ephesians 5:14 NKJV). It's time to arise from sleep and from being spiritually dead and to run to the Light of Christ. Times are coming, and they are here already, where our faith will be tried. Many families, businesses, and governments are going through trials, and along with these trials nations begin to shift. Countries are rising against countries, fathers against sons, mothers against daughters, brothers against brothers, and sisters against sisters. These trials are not going to go away any time soon, and in many parts of the world they will intensify. We hear of these trials upon the news and see it happening in our own backyards. It is obvious how humanity has risen against one another and has allowed wickedness to dominate countries and nations. It is time for the church to arise and begin to pray and seek God. How can a Christian brother or sister be relaxed in this great and dreadful hour, when homes are being destroyed by sin, rebellion, addiction, and lawlessness? When our schools are being run down and torn apart by immorality, ungodliness, and murder? Arise my brother and sister! Cry out, fast, and seek the face of God. It is not time to be relaxed or content with what is going on around us. Our faith is being challenged by the works of wickedness, and one can only overcome these various trials by clinging to Jesus and trusting in His finished work at the cross. Our trust must be established in Him. God bless you. Amen

Christ died for us.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him" (Romans 5:8, 9 KJV). God has blessed us with such a beautiful relationship with Him. This relationship started when He made man in the garden of Eden. Though man broke his commitment to the Lord, that did not stop God from trying to reach out to us time and time again. He is a jealous God for you and I, and He is a God that is able to deliver us from all captivity. Over time man has wandered away from the path of Truth, our Lord. Man is giving himself over to idols, lusts, and rebellion. Man is not really sure who or what he wants in this life. Many people are chasing after the dollar bill and finding themselves filled to the brim with material things, yet they are empty and barren inside. Others just can't get enough of the attractions of the flesh. Pornography fills the Internet. Many websites are filled with sexual immorality, and they are binding the heart of humanity and blinding the eyes of God's creation. Many men, women, and children cannot say no to the image on the screen. They become spiritually bound. However, through it all God has never given up on us, no He has not. What Jesus did at Calvary proves God's great love for the sinner, slave, captive, blind, and immoral, including every human being. Our Lord is calling us back to Him. The message of today is to come back to our first love, Jesus. He wants to build a relationship with you, and in doing so you must partake in Him. Repent! God has never given up on us nor forgotten us. He loves us. God bless you. Amen

The son of man

"And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:14, 15 NKJV). There is a way out from sin, guilt, addiction, and lust. It is only through Jesus Christ, who hung on the cross 2,000 years ago. Whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. God is the God of Life, and He is the Life Giver. Everyone who has life was given life by Him. It is He who has made the way to eternal life in heaven. It is sin that has separated man from God, and sin in a man will keep that man away from the Holy God for eternity. Repentance is needed before reconciliation. Look to Christ and the cross. Allow Him to save, revise, and bring that soul back to life. The children of Israel were being bitten by fiery serpents because of sin. They spoke against the Lord and Moses. Many watched one another die. They pleaded to Moses and asked him to intercede for them before God, so that they might be saved. God spoke to Moses and had him make a serpent of brass and put it on a pole, so that whosoever looked upon it would live. This pole represents the cross, and the serpent represents sin and where it came from. Thousands of years later Jesus hung at Calvary with all the world's sins upon Him. Look to Jesus with faith, and allow Him to wash away your sins. Repent! God bless you. Amen

Touched

"But Jesus came and touched them and said, “Arise, and do not be afraid.” When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only" (Matthew 17:7, 8 NKJV). Everlasting moments begin with an everlasting touch. Jesus Christ brings an everlasting touch. When one is touched by Jesus, they will never be the same. Their lives will be shaken, opened, and confronted by the Truth. The Light of Christ shines among the soul, reaching down into the heart, and revealing all that is hidden in the heart. There is no reason why one would want to remain their same old selves after being touched by Christ. Jesus took Peter, James, and John up to a high mountain, apart from all the others, and their Christ was transfigured before them. He shone like the sun. He was as white as the light. Then Moses and Elijah appeared talking with Christ. How powerful that must've been for these men of God, these disciples and followers of Jesus Christ. Great things happen when we follow Christ with a true relationship with Him. These three men were touched by Jesus that night by an everlasting touch. Then, "a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice came out of the cloud which said, 'This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him'". They all fell on their faces and were afraid, but Jesus came and touched them. He said, "Arise, be not afraid". An everlasting moment brings an everlasting touch. God bless you. Amen

Three are one

"So there are three witnesses in heaven: the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit, and these three are One" (1 John 5:7 AMP). The Holy Spirit is a person, and just as we are living people so is He. He has feelings, emotions, desires, hungers, and thirsts just as we do, but His are for the Lord. God is looking for men and women that are willing to follow Him and proclaim the Good News. They must be willing to let go of the pride, selfish wants, and desires that hold them up. They must be willing to clothe themselves in humility, meekness, and with a readiness of the Spirit of the King. This Holiness and anointing comes from God and not from man. A man and woman will receive this anointing from the Holy Spirit in the closet of prayer, seeking God's face and fulfilling our Lord's heart. The Gospel of Christ does not move on its own, but it needs a person to move through, and at a price many won't pay. One cannot be timid or a man pleaser, who fears man with weak faith in God and His Word. We must be people who has great holiness, great faith, and a great love for the Lord and the lost souls out in the world. Are you that person that is ready to face evil in the eyes in this last hour? If so, it is going to take the Spirit of God to stand and watch the enemy fall. God bless you. Amen

Praise The Lord

"Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul! While I live I will praise the Lord; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being" (Psalms 146:1, 2 NKJV). Oh Lord, I will praise You in the morning before the sun rises, and I will sing unto You throughout the day. Oh God, You have given life and set us free from all the dominions of darkness, principalities, and powers of wickedness at Calvary. You show us Your great love each and every day by giving us your Only Begotten Son, who has already conquered the grave. Jesus did not turn His eyes from the hurting, the blind, the handicap, or from those who were demon possessed, but He came to set man free, just like you and I. There might be a battle in your life today, but just surrender it to God the Father and watch Him lead your way. He came not to forsake us but to bring us life and an abundance of it, life to enjoy here on this earth with Him and the blessings He brings. Oh let us praise Him and give Him all the honor and glory. Let us praise Him and shout His name in every house, street, and valley, and from our hearts we proclaim Him as Lord. He is alive and living within. He's come to see us make it to Heaven. God bless you. Amen

Every knee shall bow

"For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God" (Romans 14: 11,12). It doesn't matter how good we live, how giving we are, how rich we are, how many homes we have, how many cars we own, how poor we are, or how hungry we may be, for every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus as Lord. God sees us all. He sees not just the outside of our lives, but the inside too. He sees our hearts and what is upon them, as far as our wills in life. One day we will all pass away and give an account of ourselves. We will all meet the grave, some faster than others, and in that time the truth will come out. Every one of us will stand before God, the Creator, and unfortunately the unrepentant and the unbeliever with open and secret sin will be manifested before the throne of God, and every lie that has ever been told will be revealed. We all will give an account whether or not we are born again. However, if you have been washed with the blood of the Lamb and cleansed from all sin, then it shall be an honor and a blessing to kneel before God Almighty. Why worry about tomorrow when we need to prepare for eternity in the Kingdom of God? Jesus is the Greatest Life Insurance and the only way to Heaven. God bless you. Amen
