Fight

"Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses". (1 Timothy 6:12 KJV). Many veterans of foreign wars have seen the impossible become possible. These men and women, who put their lives on the line, deserve a great shout of thanks and appreciation for all they have done and still do for our country. They leave their families at a young age and give themselves over to protect and serve the lives of the people. What a mighty call they have on their lives. I am proud to be a son of a Vietnam veteran, a man who served his country, yet came home and was rejected by his nation, just as many were at that time. I believe the men who fought in that war of Vietnam learned something great, that is we are one country under God and all those who serve and fight in war should be appreciated in a great way and not ignored. There are still many young men and women on the other side of the world fighting the good fight for our freedom here in America. However, there is another war going on, and this war is against all mankind. It is a war against sin. Sin causes war and kills so many innocent children around this world. The only way it is going to be stopped is through the power of the Blood of Christ. Every nation is facing this giant, and it is only growing bigger and stronger over the heart of the carnal man. We, the Body of Christ, have the authority to rebuke sin and tread upon it. There is still hope in the world, and our hope is in Jesus Christ. God bless the Veterans of war, and God bless you. Amen
