"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16 NKJV). God so loves us. He loves us so much that He sent His only son to die for us. How powerful, gracious, merciful, and loving our God is. When He saw it was impossible for man to follow Him on his own, He loved us so much that He also gave us a comforter, the Holy Spirit. The world has many love stories that are filled with passions and desires, but God has given us the greatest love story ever told. The greatest love story is found in the Word of God from the pages of the Old Testament through the pages of the New Testament. We will find the greatest love story for you and I in these pages. This love story is how a man left His home to come and bring Light into the darkness and life to the grave. We read how He conquered darkness, principalities, and powers. We read how He saved His people from slavery, setting them free and giving them mercy, grace, and love, which they did not deserve. Even when He was despised and rejected by His own, He still loved them and cried out to God the Father, who was upon His throne. He's never doubted or forsaken us, but has given His very best to save us. What love He has for everyone, a love that never gives up on us or leaves us abandoned and alone.
