The Word was God

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God". (John 1:1 KJV). Mankind has looked for all the answers to a better life, a life filled with joy and prosperity, but they only find themselves back at the beginning and right at the place they had started. There are many people who will look for an answer to their issues and problems. They will look into the Internet, to psychologists, and to counselors. Some people will even go as far as getting their palms read. They will spend a fortune of time and money on fixing their problems that are within the soul. This results in only coming up with a Band-Aid to cover it, and it does not get to the root of it. They will continue to look, while the Bible has been right in front of them all the time. Hope is found in the Gospel. The Gospel is the Living Word that gives life to those that are willing to believe that it has redeeming power. It causes the dead to come to life. It is the Life Giver. The Word of God is the answer to life here on this earth for all mankind. It is the door to eternal life. It is living, active, and satisfying for the soul. Jesus Christ is the Word, and He is the Truth. There is no blemish to be found in our Lord. He's alive, and He is able to reach to the furthest of regions and to hear the faintest of cries.
