Thy sins are forgiven.

"And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven" (Luke 7:48 KJV). A beautiful place to be is at the feet Jesus. It's beautiful to be able to bring all that unnecessary weight we carry all day long, or maybe even for years, and pour it out upon the feet of Jesus through our tears. Just like the young woman who went into the house of the Pharisees and began to wash Jesus' feet with her tears. She knew that Jesus Christ was the Son of God. Nothing was about to stop her from receiving her forgiveness, even if she had to go to the house of the Pharisees. She might've been a notorious sinner, as the Amplified Bible states, "a social outcast, devoted to sin". However, when one is done with their life being ruled by sin time and time again, they are able to run to the feet of Jesus, to cry out, and to not let the tears stop. She brought an alabaster box with expensive ointment with her. She wiped the tears from Jesus's feet with her hair. She kissed His feet affectionately and began to anoint Christ. The smell of the perfume from that alabaster flask filled the room. What a beautiful sight that must have been! Then Lord said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you. Go in peace". I believe every true believer has been at the feet of Jesus. Maybe you need to get back to realize that He is still around us. God bless you. Amen
