Unclean
"So I said: 'Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts.'” (Isaiah 6:5 NKJV). The closer we get to God, the more we realize how unclean we really are. His presence will show us that we are far from being perfect in anyway. Isaiah recognized that he was a man of unclean lips and was around people who were also unclean. When one sees God in His glory and majesty, they will recognize how frail and weak they really are. Corruption and contamination from their heart will begin to arise, for the conscience within will be stirred up by the Holy Spirit. There are only two things that one will do when they come before God. They will either run from His presence or fall to their knees before The King of Glory. When God's presence shows up, He will show us who we really are because He gets to do very intent of our hearts. There are those who will ignore Him and what He shows them about themselves. They don't want to feel their conscience being hindered by the Truth. So, they walk away from the Truth, only to try to hide from the Truth. However, there's no hiding from God at all. Jonah tried to run from God, and in doing so he found himself crying out from inside the belly of a whale. God loves us very much, and He shows His great love for us through His Son Jesus Christ. Thank God for the blood of Jesus Christ that washes our sins away. God bless you. Amen
