Loving-kindness of God
"But when the goodness and loving-kindness of God our Savior to man [as man] appeared, He saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we had done, but because of His own pity and mercy, by [the] cleansing [bath] of the new birth (regeneration) and renewing of the Holy Spirit, Which He poured out [so] richly upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior" (Titus 3:4-6 AMP). God's love appeared to humanity towards all men. His love appeared not by works which we have done, but according to His mercy, pity, and loving kindness. He saved us all. Many have taken the message of grace out of context, taking it far from the truth. They speak to sooth their own liking with smooth and comfortable words, while rejecting the truth. God's grace is not to be frustrated nor to be taken lightly, but it comes ever so freely through faith. The grace of God showed up in my life when I was weak, broken, and lost. The grace of God came when there was nothing else but pain. See the Lord told the apostle Paul, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My Strength is made perfect in your weakness". Man cannot cleverly give grace. It comes from God and is given to us freely through faith. The Word of God speaks, "But without faith it is impossible to please Him". Our faith must be in Christ Jesus and what He did at the cross. With our faith in place, justification from our Lord Jesus will come upon the believer. I pray you study more and look to the Word of God for the answer to every question. God bless you. Amen.
