The tender mercy of our God.

"Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the day spring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace" (Luke 1:78, 79 KJV).  God is faithful to His word. He sent His only Son to all of us when we were still in darkness, bound up by the past. It is just like on that spring morning when life begins to shoot out of hibernation. As the butterfly comes forth from its very own cocoon, true life came to this earth when God sent His only begotten Son. Christ brought light into the whole world so that all could see the true way, and He made a path for all to follow. When storms bring in the darkness, we must go to the Light of Christ, His light shines upon and gives light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death. God's Son shows us and guides our steps as the darkness turns into light, and peace along with His glorious presence comes into the heart of the follower. What mercy the Lord has for all humanity who does not deserve such love. Salvation is given, sins are  forgiven, and mercy and loving- kindness shines on humanity's heart. What a beautiful blessing from a loving Father above. God bless you all.
