No time to wait
"And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you" (Luke 11:9 KJV). There's no time to wait. Time is passing by very fast. Many of us put things on hold and tell ourselves or others that we will get to it tomorrow. The funny thing is tomorrow never comes. It is time we begin a new day seeking the Lord for our family, friends, and those in need that are out there lost and broken. It is time we get back to the altar of God and not lose a minute to any selfish desire. We need to get desperate. We must become a desperate people to see our loved ones saved, redeemed, and on their way to eternity in heaven with Christ Jesus. It's not time to sit back and watch the calendar and the days slip by. It is the time to cry out and seek the face of Jesus. God the Father did not waste any time sending His Son to come and redeem the world, who was lost. He saw our needs, and our needs became His first desire to fulfill. Let the same passion that Christ had all throughout His ministry, even for the very cross He hung and died on for you and I, live and dwell in you richly and deeply. That same passion only comes from the Holy Spirit. It's a deep passion for the lost and for those who are bound and spiritually blind. It's a passion to see lives saved by the precious blood of Jesus. Jesus told every believer to ask, seek, and knock. God bless you. Amen
